Tried the new italian mozzarella chicken and itialian cheese burger. Chicken or beef. Marinara sauce and fried mozzarella/Asia... go cheese. Needed extra marinara sauce. A little dry. Tried the new garlic fries. Tasted a little old. Both had potential. Theworkers were nice people. Hope you have better luck with then I. May try items again at a later date. Read more

The Wendy's in Sharonville Reading Rd has always been consistent with fast when I'm on my short but precious breaks for lunch.... For over 20yrs I've relied on them to get me burgers,salads & anything else without problems or compromising their quality. This is not a complaint about food but rather about Brandon the manager. My son applied for a job there, disclosed he had a... disability was told it would not be an issue and was hired. My son went through the entire onboarding process of being hired ,just to be ignored by Brandon. Shame on you!!! Read more

The person taking orders at the speaker was extremely rude. They were cutting customers off and telling them to pull up... immediately after ordering. The poor worker at the register was obviously affected by the other workers actions and tried to behelpful. When we did reach the second window we received a dirty look and missing items from the same worker at the speaker. Wewill be contacting corporate because it was the worst customer service I have received and absolutely disgusting work ethic. Read more

Slow service, not made correctly. I ordered a hot and honey grilled chicken sandwich. Got a hit and honey with no honey and... spicy chicken. I would have gone back, but why wait another 27 minutes. Read more

I never leave reviews, but this was just frustrating. I ordered online for carry out, only to find out the inside of the... restaurant was closed. Then after waiting five minutes in the drive thru line I was told they weren?t even taking online orders.So then I had to reorder just to get my lunch. The setback caused me to be late from my lunch break. Read more

Whatever you do, don't order from here on the mobile app. Got a reward for free frosty, ordered on mobile app and checked in on... the app. Pulled to speaker and there they said we don't take mobile orders. Well, since my total was zero. It processed myorder and it was gone, they said "oh, just cancel the order" well once it's processed you can't cancel. They said there wasnothing that they could do. Said General manager would come and talk to me and waited 10 minutes and that didn't happen either,emailed Wendy's and no response. Called Wendy's help line 4 different times staying on the line for an hour each time andlearned that adoption in a Wendy's focus and Dave opened his first store in Columbus in 1969. And my time is valuable so I canemail. Well, no answer on phone, no response to email, GM wouldn't come out and talk to me. I'm done with Wendy's!!!!!!!!! Read more

I understand covid made it rough for everyone but it way past that now. Their inside is never open for people who are walking... places so they can't get anything to eat from this location. I have to ride an electric scooter now cuz my car broke. I calledahead an asked if i could use it to go through their drive thru and they said it was fine. I went and was told that they can'ttake walk ups at the drive thru window. They could have just taken my order right then and there but they still refused to. Iunderstand times are tough but that's no excuse to exclude people that aren't able to or can't drive. Read more
