Went inside(only customer) waited more than 5 mins for service, ordered 5 for 5 double stack add mayo(no mayo) and cold hard dry... patties, fries and nuggets were just ok, and got the guacamole salad that was just terrible and sloppy. $15 not well spent andtook a shift change before I got my food ordered for dine in but I get bags of food, terrible! This is the Wendy's that caused me to give up on the whole brand. They have never got my order correct. Last time I ordered a... burger and fries. I got a bag with fries and no burger. I complained. I got the wrong burger when I got home. The only waythey will get an order right is if I tell it to them wrong. These guys are too slow to be this bad. How to put this. There is like this weird 'Bermuda Triangle' type situation with the three fast food restaurants all right there... at same intersection. Wendy's, Taco Bell and Freddy's. They are ALL absolutely dreadful with the worst/most non existent serviceI've seen in quite awhile. Read more
This was the worst experience i have ever had at Wendy's. My fries were cold, I was missing a fry. My burger wasn't cooked all... the way through. Instead of the spicy nuggets I requested, i received regular nuggets. I thought I resolved the issue at thewindow. But all I got were cold spicy nuggets on top of the cold regular nuggets. You will not see me or my family eat at thislocation ever again. Also when i called the store about this issue, the employees hung up on me. Called 5 mins later and nobodyanswered the phone. Ordered 2 breakfast combos, waited for way too long, especially since we were the first car in line. Got food home and biscuits... were stale and sausage burnt. Drove back to get reimbursed. Service and food were worst I've ever experienced from Wendy's orany drive thru for that matter. DO NOT GO HERE! Read more
Waited over 20 minutes in a 4 person line, one cashier, no help. Watched multiple people make the wise decision of walking out... of line after waiting 5 minutes. Got the $3 breakfast special and spent $6. Guy didn't know about the promotion. Okay fine. Was asked to pull forward and... they would bring my food out. I said to the guy, there are no cars behind me so why? He says they are on a timer. Fine, Ipulled forward and after waiting and watching 2 cars get their food some minutes later, I got my food. Now I am late for myappointment so I drive off. I open my bag and see I had not only the wrong sandwich, but also no potatoes. I had to go backafter my appointment to FINALLY get what I paid for.
