This place is terrible. Wait in line for a soild 40 Minutes just to be told they are door dash only. Also heard the guy in front... of me order as well. Not to mention the last time I ate there. My fries where cold like not even cooked. And just overall verypoor quality. Very disappointed in the childish and lazy staff. Read more
Drive-thru service was extremely slow (30 minutes for 4 vehicles). Staff did apologise, that only 2 were working. Several cars... left while I was waiting. Did not have baked potatoes. Food we got was good. Read more
Poor service and cold food, The Wendy's on Galbraith off colerain is unprofessional and none charismatic... I asked at the... speaker to get fresh out the grease for my whole order, waited in the slow drive thru line and when I got to the windoweverything in my bag was cold, they heard me ask for fresh out the grease and handed me cold food, I waited in the line for 5min I should of got fresh everything with napkins. This is not the first, second or third time I came to get food for Wendy'sand asked to get fresh out the grease, everytime I come the food is always cold no matter if I ask for fresh or not... I don'tlike to make a seen so I decided to write a review I even confronted the manager a few times that I would call corporate but Idon't think their franchise has one they don't care about they customers and will just give you whatever at times to get cars toleave faster, I hate this location because they never hold customer expectations high. JUST DROP IT FRESH WHEN I ASK OR DOMT ASKDROP ALL FOOD FRESH FOR EACH CUSTOMER. Don't serve nothing you wouldn't eat gosh. Read more
Line is ALWAYS long. they have you waiting all that time in for you to get to the intercom and they are out of breakfast items.... They should start pulling cars to the side so your food doesn't get cold while you're waiting on the first person to get theirsESP since their inside is never open. Read more
The food was cold. My burger was grey and bland. It just tasted like it was expired. The fries had no salt. I normally love... Wendy's but this location is awful. The stomach issues after my lunch were crazy. They need new management for this location toup their standards. Read more
I just went to the drive thru at 11pm I didn't get my food until 11:45pm because they were doing one car at a time!!! I ordered... the Bourbon Bacon Burger a 4 piece and a Dave double it was. When I got home I notice my burger is a bit small when I open it Ifind out that it's just a single with bacon and 2 pieces of cheese!!!! Read more
At one time this was my favorite restaurant and than 2years ago I noticed that no one there cares about quality serves cold... food, old fries, no napkins, however 2years later i tried your restaurant again cold food old fries, no napkins.
