The staff are amicable; though we showed up half an hour near closing, and stayed about half an hour after, our server Ariel was... always around when we needed her, and never pestered our group when we didn't. The pizza was OK - not awful, but nothing towrite home about. This isn't a place where I feel strongly about the food one way or the other, but we end up here out ofconvenience, and the service is good. Read more
Jen is a great server she went above and beyond for family
The pizza was great, and the service was excellent. Went there with 3 kids just before prime dinner time on a Saturday. The... waitress did an excellent job of making sure she put stuff out of our little kids' reach (especially their food, which came outearlier than my wife's and my pizza and was hot). The restaurant also has a great beer selection- although I didn't see anylocal beers, there was a lot more than Bud/BL/Miller/ML, and I felt like some other beers (such as the Long Hammer IPA) weremore prominently displayed in the beer menu. Awful. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty we were seated at a table next to screaming children. After a long wait the... server took our order. The dressing for the salad was separated, having become mostly oil with bits of basil at the bottom. Ourdrinks ran dry about one third of the way through the wholly unremarkable pepperoni pizza and our waitress never refilled them.With only one napkin each things got messy to the point of embarrassment but our server wasn't convenient (the restaurant stillbeing mostly empty). For what you get, the prices border on robbery. Adding to that the poor quality of service and I'm certainwe'll never be frequenting this chain again. When a restaurant falls below what I'd expect from Applebee's there's a problem.Even the decor was bad, with employee motivation signs visible from the table and the drink menu/offer cards on the table beingin the way and difficult the weep to the side.
