Never had a bad meal. The staff is very welcoming and intuitive to the needs pf the customer. Menu is spectacular and I should... say the wings are much better than yesteryear. Really love the menu and staff and ownership. Keep up the good work all! Read more
Food was very good. Pretty short menu with not a ton of choices. This is generally a good sign as it usually means that what IS... offered on the menu is good. Menu was different, with even more traditional things having a twist. For example, the Ruben haskimchi instead of kraut. Cocktails were good. Atmosphere was good. We'll be back for sure. Read more
we have gone to this restaurant several times. the food is good, but everything else is lacking majorly. I feel really bad for... the managers. the hostesses are terrible - they can't figure out how to do a reservation, and they lie on the phone saying theyare booked up (when they aren't). several times we have went, the hostesses are telling everyone that walks in that there is a45-60min wait, then end up seating people within 5 min, as if they have no concept of time, which causes many people to walkright back out the door. the past couple times we have been, the servers are too busy talking and checking their phones toactually do their job. latest visit, we watched our food sit in the window for 10 minutes while the server was talking withother servers and checking their phones. recently they raised their prices, and now they are nickle and diming for everything -want mayo or ketchup for your fries, that's an "extra sauce" charge. sad. the manager's should really review their staffs beforeit kills this restaurant. Food = 3/5 Service =4/5 Atmosphere = 5/5 The atmosphere was great and the presentation of the food was well done. However, the... food took quite a long time to make it to the table and the chicken sandwich and burger were both dry and bland (until I dumpedtheir spicy honey on it which is a very good sauce). Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. That being said, Iprobably will go back to taste their short rib mac and cheese which sounds delicious. Read more
