I wanted to order the Cilantro Key Lime Chicken but they were sold out so I ordered the Chicken Milanese and was very pleased I... got that instead. The pasta sauce was creamy and excellent.\n\nMy spouse got the magherita pizza and cheesy grits. He enjoyedthe cheesy grits but the pizza was a bit oily. Read more

Excellent experience. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Plenty of room to move around outside.\n\nSmall details made the... difference. Well decorated, fresh silverware between courses. And Anthony was the best server I\'ve had in recentmemory.\n\nHighly recommended. Read more

This place has an amazing large patio. You can access the bar all from outdoors, and the inside is mostly open air anyways... because they have large garage doors that remain open. The service is... So great. Like over the top, beyond. Food is solid(portions huge) and drinks are fun. Read more

I was so excited to finally have a new restaurant in the banks, and having been let down a couple times in the last year by... other new restaurants/bars in the banks that didn’t live up to expectation, I was thrilled when The Filson did! I’ve beentwice in the few weeks they’ve been open and both times the food and service were perfect. I was shocked at how good theservice was at a place that had only been open for a couple weeks. The first time I got Colonel DB’s Crispy Chicken sandwichand as a huge bbq grippos fan, which the chicken was breaded with, the sandwich was absolutely delicious. I don’t know whatthey put in their honey mustard sauce but I’ve convinced myself it’s the best honey mustard I’ve ever had. On the side Ihad tater tot’s that were perfectly crispy and had a wonderful seasoning on them. I wish I had twice as many! My dinnerguest got the hangover burger and fell in love with it. We also got mac and cheese to share, and while the flavor was good, itwas a little on the dry side for me because it was baked. The second time I wanted to try the steak sandwich but they were outso clearly it’s popular! Instead I went for the Bourbon Street Pasta and it was as good as it looked on paper. The sauce wasdelicious and the shrimp were cooked perfectly! This is definitely going to become one of my go to restaurants on the area! Read more

We ordered things to share. They were out of margarita pizza, so got bbq chicken pizza. The blue cheese on it threw us off but... we got used to it. The nachos were a big disappointment. The cheese was cold and it was bland. The artichoke dip was decent.Their old fashioned was good. The fries were pretty average for the price the offered. The view is good with outdoor seating Read more
