Taco bell didn't open until 9am. We realized this at 8:55. So waited in drive thru. While waiting we realized there was a taco... bell employee asleep in their car in front of the building. While at 9:05 another employee is pulling in and being dropped off.So we decided to wait a few more minutes. By 9:10 there was still nobody taking our order in the drive thru. Completely annoyedat this point we pull around to leave. Passing by the pick up window and all lights in the kitchen were off. So assuming withone asleep in parking lot and one coming in late and lights off inside...food wasn't even ready to begin orders. And being soearly in the morning... definitely not what people should be dealing with. Again, especially when the time to open is 9am! Read more

Each time you visit this store you should expect disappointment. The food is wrong every time whether you order through the app,... in person, drive through it will be wrong and has been consistently incorrect each time. Also, if you decide to bring it totheir attention you will be met with arguments and attitudes. The ?management? has left nasty voicemails attempting to ?make itright? but even in their attempts to correct the situation they are angry and rude. Truly a horrible location with the worstemployees. I?m attaching a photo of a taco, which I ordered and had to ask for after my food was given to me. It has around 3shredding a of cheese? And honestly barely anything in the shell at all. I usually only leave positive reviews, but if you have the foresight to check Google reviews before eating here.. please do not... eat here. We had terrible service and received soggy food. The order kiosk was "Logging Off" Windows 7 the entire time and Icould hear the other employees taking orders louder than the employee taking my order, which led to my order being wrong. On topof that, no receipt was given to me so I can't dispute the incorrect order. For $15, go to Chipotle and have a better experienceand better food. This place sucks. Read more
This taco bell either needs a new manager or needs to be closed. Every time we try to order from this location there is a... different issue. They don't have beef, not serving breakfast even though arrival was prior to end of breakfast service and thisis the kicker - you can't order at the speaker, you have to order online and then pick it up! WHAT?? There is no sense in thatwhatsoever. Plus the employees are less than friendly and don't apologize for anything, ever! This has to be a locationproblem because it doesn't happen at any other Taco Bells, ie Red Bank Rd. (they have food and are willing to serve you and befriendly) Absolutely will never go to the Plainfield Rd location again! I don't even want to give 1 star but it won't let youpost without it! This is the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Service is absolutely horrible. You will sit at the speaker box for 10-15 minutes... with no acknowledgement. While there are 2-3 employees smoking in the back. After waiting forever, a rude employee will finallytake your order. The food is always OLD & COLD. They forget your sauces Every. Single. Time. Save your gas money & don?t go tothis location. The one on Redbank Rd is WAY better than this one. Read more
I ordered a Mexican pizza and this is what I received. Unbelievable! This is trash and I should have never paid for this. The... incorrect shell, a complete mess, not cut, the whole thing was terrible. Get a better manager and crew. This location ishorrible. Read more
