Felt like being on vacation with the decor and antique mall attached. Our server was very attentive. Food was delicious. Loved... the swamp juice with souvenir cup. The ribs were tender and well seasoned with a nice BBQ sauce. Sweetheart Ribs deal wasfantastic with 4 sides to share and included Coleslaw and cornbread. Can't wait to go back and try more! A must try in Cincinnati! The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but the food is top notch. We started with an order of smoked... jalapeno poppers and they were delicious. Definitely give them a try! We wanted to order the sweetheart deal for 2 with theribs, but they were out of ribs. Instead, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and my husband had the muffulettawith jambalaya. OMG...our food was fantastic! Everything was hot and full of flavor. This place is a nice surprise. Friendly staff and interesting decor. I appreciated the cloth dividers between booths that... provided for a bit more privacy. Large selection of foods that you don?t normally see around here. The portion of shrimp andgrits was huge and delicious. Grilled shrimp cooked perfectly, and I?m not sure what sauce they had on the grits, but it wastasty. The place is even connected to an antique mall you can visit without having to leave the restaurant. Will def go again. Read more
Always a wonderful experience at Swampwater Grill. Some may consider prices modestly high, but it's totally worth every penny.... You will leave full and satisfied. Service is always prompt, food always comes out fast... they run a tight ship here. Drinksare strong and the flavors are bold.
