Just stopped in to grab a sandwich after returning home from a trip. One of the young ladies rushed making our sandwiches while... the other locked us in the restaurant and proceeded to turn off all of the lights. The employees seemed extremely annoyed, likewe inconvenienced them. This took place at 7.44pm. This location closes at 9.30pm. New sandwiches and remodeled stores aregreat but it's the employees that need to be replaced. Read more

Just got a UberEATS checked online to make sure they would be open says open till 930 an got here at 905 an closed an sign that... says on door closes at 9 just wish they would have correct hours everywhere! Because just drove 15 mins here an wasted gas whichis crazy expensive! an other orders I could have got an have to sit on phone for atleast 10 mins with UberEATS to make 3 bucks.. so mad ???? I Ordered a ft long veggie sub, Toasted with parmesan Cheese, Veggies and the sauce on the side. I stopped in Dec 1, 2021 around lunch time. The place was not busy at all; a lady and child eating at one table. There were two... women working. The foreign lady with straight black hair took my order. She was a little rude but not too bad? maybe she wasjust enjoying no one being there? idk. I ordered two different sandwiches and the bread was so hard I couldn?t not bite it. Ihad to rip it. I think she knew the bread was horrible because she didn?t give me a receipt. Two thumbs down. Door says they close at 9:30 pm every day, yet somehow the lights are off and the doors are always locked by 6 o?clock. They... have taken my money twice after placing an online order. They don?t answer the phone when you call no matter what time it is, soI can?t call and confirm they?re open or try and make sure I?m refunded for the orders I?ve placed and never received. I?vereached out to customer service multiple times with not a single response. I don?t understand how orders can go through withoutsomeone confirming them first.
