This subway is the absolute BEST!!! There is a few young men and women working in there and they are always smiling and seem... happy to serve guests!!! The food is always fresh and the place is super clean!!! Good job team at subway on glenway!!! Weappreciate you!! Read more

Visited this store during a slow period (no other customers inside), ordered two sandwiches, and tried to scan my coupon (2 for... 12.99) but it wasn't working. Asked the employee if there was another scanner, but the issue was that she hadn't turned it on.After she did so and the coupon scanned, she said the coupon was no good. I verified the expiration date was fine and that I hadused a different coupon from the same sheet the previous week without issue. She told me not to be rude and to stop being soflustered. I repeated myself with additional clarification about how this didn't make any sense, especially since there were nosigns posted saying they didn't accept coupons (some stores have these). She gave her co-worker an exasperated look and wouldnot respond. I asked her to change the total manually to 13 bucks per the coupon's offer. She said she couldn't do that. I askedabout a manager or someone there who had the clearance to amend the total manually and she said the same thing. Most likely,there were only two employees in the entire store, but rather than explain this couldn't be done because of that reason, she wasdismissive. Fed up with the treatment and refusal to honor the coupon, I told her to give me back the coupon and I left, so theyhad to trash the two sandwiches they already made, no sale. I stopped at a different Subway on the way home, placed the sameorder, the coupon was honored, and the service was speedy and friendly. TL;DR: the two employees at this store (just the one,technically, but the other heard everything and didn't intervene) were so bad at their job that they convinced a customer totake their business elsewhere. I ordered my usual, chicken bacon ranch however, the sauce was not ranch. Maybe more then one sauce mixed together or it was... expired, but it wasn't right. I asked Niya to remake it and she refused. I asked for a refund and she told me she would notreimburse me because there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. Obviously it was, she was serving other guests so I waited forthem to receive their order, so could I figure out why I couldn't get a refund when I hadn't even left the establishment. WhileI waited, she pressed the panic button and the police arrived. Come to find out, Niya didn't know to perform a refund, so I wastold to call the manager the next day. When i called i talked to Michelle, and she told me there was nothing she could dobecause there were only 3 crew members at the location and neither of them would make that mistake, and was adamant on mereceiving ranch. If there are only 3 employees I'm sure these two, Niya & Michelle ran them away. Very disappointed and a totalwaste of money. Drive further down Glenway or go to Delhi if your on the westside. TERRIBLE!! I have been physically ill after eating (only) this location?s food. To make it worse, customer service is ?whatever?... if you ask what their version of ?tuna? is (swear it?s cat food, the way it looks & smells). I know that most subways haveclosed or are deteriorated, but dang! Just sickening? literally. Read more

I am a loyal Subway fan this is my go-to for my special treat.. 2-7-2022 I ordered the chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce.... When I got home it tasted a little weird only took two bites out of the sandwich save the rest tried to call the location no oneanswered I don't go up glenway often but today 2-9-2022. I went there to return the sandwich with receipt to see if they canmake me a new one the young lady their blonde with a lot of acne on her face is not the nicest person excuse me for saying that.I told her what was going on she said from the beginning I don't think we can do anything for you because you didn't like thetaste from the beginning she never wanted to satisfy the customer or make best efforts to do what was right, but let me text theowner like I said I'm a loyal fan been there plenty of times with outstanding sandwiches but just this particular time itdidn't taste the same like something was spoiled it was sour it was not good long story short she told me we can't make youanother sandwich just because you didn't like the taste I said could you talk to the owner I gave them a couple of minutes Iguess the owner never responded they still declined to make me another sandwich even though I took the sandwich back plus myreceipt it's a little sad that a loyal customer can get denied service but that's okay I just need to find me another go toplace and it's sad because I love Subway.
