Paid for and placed my order ahead of time today. Waited 10 minutes for them to tell me someone took my drink. They remade it,... but made it wrong. I paid extra for almond milk but did not recieve it. What's the point in going through all of that to not beable to even drink your coffee? Read more

No issues. The staff was very busy and did there best to stay polite and friendly. Coffee was good and lemon pound cake was ok.

I visit this Starbucks almost daily early in the morning. Typically the same group of people working together. Probably one of... the best teams. They treat me well. The people there are top notch and are very nice. They do a great job of getting a lot of orders made quickly. But if you go in... to order you are guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes while they pump out mobile orders that just sit and wait on the counter.Pretty annoying. Read more

I may have just hit this location on a bad day while traveling- but I waited 15 minutes for my coffee- which isn?t the end of... the world but is a long time when normal times are under 5 mins. The place was packed but it was 2pm on Friday. It?s right offthe highway so that is nice from an access standpoint- but the specific parking lot is a U-trap and when it?s busy it?s messy. The actual drink was fine- just the experience was poor. So hopefully if/when you go it will be faster for you. Read more
