Pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:50 this morning because it said online that they open at 5:30 no one went to the drive-thru... speaker so we pulled up to the drive-thru window a couple of the workers looked at us and then disappeared out of sight someonefinally came to the door at 6:00 and I asked them what time they open because online it said they opened at 5:30 and they said6:00 I asked them if we could go ahead and order they expected us to pull all the way around and go back through the speaker toorder the same information on the same device they would if they would have took her order right then and there. Had to go towork this morning so did not have time to play people's games. If this is how much they value their customer base they can takeit and go somewhere else Read more

Every time I go to get my wife a coffee there is a wait. They need to have a timer of sorts as my one coffee took almost 15... minutes this morning . They need to train baristas to work faster OR CHANGE BARISTAS!! Then again, maybe overpriced Starbucksdoesn?t care Read more

I ordered my food and a drink and my wife sent me her order in a screenshot so I showed the cashier that too. She didn't get my... name so the food and drink got sat on the counter until I walked up and asked questions and it was missing my drink and foodjust what I showed her on phone. So them/they walked up to me and said they took my drink and sandwich off and made just mywife's stuff. Then asked me to go to the cash register and they will ring up mine and they'll make it. There were 5 people online and they wanted me to go through it again so I said screw it and left. Read more

If you?ve ever wanted to cross off your bucket list for visiting the absolute worst Starbucks in the country? then this store is... for you. This store hands down is the ABSOLUTE worst Starbucks in the US. 10/10 times your drink will be wrong I guarantee it.This store is not regulated by anyone, the district manager is non- existent I?m guessing. This location seems to be hit or miss when I'm in the area these days. The drive through has been taking extra time to get... through which in and of its isn't necessarily unexpected at times with potential new hires or normal hiccups but getting my muchneeded large white chocolate mocha latte after the long wait only to have it about half full was not a pleasant experience. Theyare too expensive for that nonsense for sure. Read more

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the area around Anderson. The staff is always incredibly friendly, they are... very efficient, and always make delicious drinks! I have been visiting this location to study and they have taken the time tolearn my name and say hi when they see me, which is really nice personal touch! They also have an outdoor area with largeumbrellas for shade, and on nice days it's great to sit outside, savor the weather, and enjoy your drink (and company). Overall,this is a great Starbucks location and I highly recommend visiting! Read more

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location and I must say I was as very disappointed! When I first walked in I could see... trash on the ground, coffee splatters on the windows and spills on the counters. I could almost understand if they where busyand the place was crowded, but unfortunately this was not the case. There where maybe five customers at the location and theywhere all sitting at tables. When I walked up to place my order I was completely ignored for the first minute, this might havebeen due to the fact that several of the staff felt it was more important to catch up on the local gossip. So I finally orderedand got my drink, and of course the pickup area was trashed and was in desperate need to be wiped down. You think at this pointnothing else would surprise me, but again I was wrong. When I went to add cream and sugar to the coffee the trash cans wherepulled out and the doors were wide open. I interrupted the employees gossip conversation to make them aware of this and theirresponse was ?I guess the girl emptying the trash forgot to finish?. They did not come out behind the counter to fix this orclean it up, but just continued to talk amongst them self?s. I hope this is not the norm for this location, but either way Ithink some of the staff need some remedial training! Read more
