Never a good experience. I?m made to always feel like I?m inconveniencing them. Most of the staff I have encountered at this... little startbucks, are rude and not typically friendly. Read more
Although the transactions can be a little slower than a free standing location, the workers here are fantastic. They work their... tails off. Last time we stopped in, about 10 people came at once. They got drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. Only 2ladies were working at the time. Hats off to them! Read more
I have visited this location many times. This day I noticed a new order ahead option on my ap. So, I ordered and paid then went... to get my drinks. I saw 2 batistas, but they didn't look like they were preparing any orders. I asked if my order was readyand they said this location, inside a Krogers doesn't do order ahead. I was very perplexed and showed my order on the ap. Theykingly told me I made the order at the Starbucks on the other side of the parking lot, not inside the Kroger. I felt reallystupid but they smiled sweetly that others had made the same mistake. It was very cool of them to try to make me feel better ???? Read more
