They seem to hire the same friendly type at all of their restaurants. Food is good and service is quick.

Oh my sweet Jesus!!! I just left the drive through and it was the worst experience I ever had. The young lady that took my order... was so rude and disrespectful to me, because she didn?t hear my order correctly. I asked to speak to the manager and she waseven worse. The manager told me I didn?t say it because she also have on a headset as well. I told the manager that young ladydidn?t have to talk to me that way nor throw my food in the bag after I repeated my order to her twice on the intercom. I wouldhave paid for my extra coney, it?s the way the young lady addressed me. Then the manager started hollering at me saying she willaddress the issue and asked if there was anything else. I truly see that establishments have forgotten about customersatisfaction and better yet respect for their customers. I never felt more disrespected in my life, my kids even asked did shehave to start screaming and yelling like that way. We were trying to spend more money with them. I told them I?ll just take the$40 dollars I just spent to Krogers and save $20 dollars and make our own coneys. I truly hope the owner(s) doesn?t know thattheir establishment is being represented in this way and that have lost one of their locals after this experience. Read more
The food and service is always great! This is one of my favorite Skyline Chili restaurants. Keep up the Great work.
The restaurant itself was very dirty. Even though our order was written down correctly it was not made correctly. The... manager/cook was extremely too loud and constantly yelled at people next to her or across the restaurant. The wait for the foodwas longer than it should have been for a two person order at skyline. Thankfully our server was good and the food decentskyline quality. Read more
Had the chicken wrap that was awesome I used the drive thru and the line moved quickly and was friendly.
