Ordered salmon, caper, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato onion on everything bagel. They forgot capers, which is key ingredient for... this combo. But gave me a side when I went back up to counter. Everything bagel has coarse salt on it (think carnival pretzel),which overpowers all other flavors, so I had to ditch the top half of the bagel. First time I've ever seen a bagel salted... andit was too much. Portion size was good. Also got potato salad which was good. And a cinnamon crunch bagel with apple cinnamoncream cheese, which was really tasty; though I do think Panera's cinnamon sugar bagel beats it. Trying out different spots in the area and was craving a bagel. Being used to NY bagels, I tend to be picky about them. The... bagel here did not seem fresh- almost like it was a frozen bagel that was toasted. I wished the olive cream cheese had moreolives. So there is a reason you shouldn't go to this place late in the morning... the line starts in Liberty Township, lol. The... bagels are solid, some of the best. Kids love the strawberry ones, they sell out quick. We were there at open and all thebagels were fresh and hot - at first we thought they Toasted them all! Follow me for more reviews! I just love this place! I've started a habit of going here on Sunday morning before hitting the... grocery. If you leave here hungry tell me how! Everything I have tried has been good and portions are plentiful. I always leavewith a full tummy. This morning I had a freshly made Farmer's Potato omelet that came with a bagel of my choice. I opted forthe jalapeno bagel. Everything was prepared quickly and the bagel had a nice chewy bite and wonderful flavor. We had threeadults eating and each had a drink and the bill was $32 ?? We have loved Skips for a long time, although lately every time we go, they seem to get more and more skimpy. You pay extra for... certain cream cheese and they don't even cover the bagel. I've provided a photo of today's purchase. This is supposed to bejalapeño cream cheese, but it's not even enough to cover the bagel. I didn't think to take a photo of the other half, but itwas even less. Paid for capers.... you can see a few. Many more visits lie this and I'll drive further for a better value. :( Read more

The Redleg NY style is delicious They make an excellent bagel and sandwiches. I would not sat they are newyork style as they are... a lil fluffier and don't have that chew, HOWEVER they are perfect for the sandwiches. Very big very soft bagel... Tasty spreadsas well. The chicken noodle has dumpling style noodles. The potato salad is thankfully not ladder with celery...and it's tastyfor it. Read more

I honestly didn't know what to expect. My wife was like, let's go grab breakfast before shopping. I am so happy she did. This... place was amazing. it was simple fare done exceedingly well and there was plenty of it. I got a western omelette and it wasstuffed edge to edge with filling.
