My treat to myself when I go to Kenwood Mall. Hot and delicious as always.
The 2 ladies that worked today seemed to be swamped no less.. I understand how fusterating this can be.. as a former batista for... Starbucks for 5 years. BUT make no mistake.. there is NO EXCUSE on how me, my MIL, and my 4 year old daughter were treatedtoday. 1st the young lady who took my order seemed to dismiss me when I asked her about the side but I just ignored it knowingshe just was busy and not thinking. The real problem was when we paid out. The lady had an attitude off rip.. didn't realizethat I couldn't hear her because I was in a conversation and didn't know it was my turn.. because I am deaf and wear hearingaids in both ears.. we proceeded to explain this and apologized but this lady just got nastier and nastier.. rubbing her tongueagainst the bottom lip of her mouth pushing it out like she wanted to hit something. I then told her I hoped her day got better.I'm just at a loss on why she decided it was OK to treat a paying customer this way.. one with a disability on that.. and I wasthe one who said sorry when it should have been her. She then replied nastily my day already better!! I had to walk away.Customer Service at this place today was a JOKE. I am disappointed and hurt and will not return here. Read more
I am not a fan of mall food generally. Also, I am not a big pizza fan. Sure it's a fun food and part of Americana. I just... don't seek it. I had not eaten Sbarro in a long time. What a pleasant surprise - I actually sought it a second time. Forgetmall, forget chain - this is good pizza. Big fresh chunks of veggies, good meats, really good sauce, I just really enjoyed it. They open at 11am. Went there for lunch they said pizza won?t be ready until 12:30pm. The lady works there is very rude. This... was my second trip in two weeks to get some pizza and both times they didn?t have any ready. Both times she was rude the sameperson. Read more
Cashier uses gloves to handle the money and with the same dirty gloves handles the plastic ware, drinks and napkins. When asked... to use clean hands to give me the plastic ware he was bothered and told a coworker that I didn?t make sense. The coworker thensaid that people like me should stay home. - I give 1 star because the food tasted good, but I am not sure how clean it is and Iwill not come back here. I love eating pizza from Sbarro's. I like the variety of selection that they provide and also like some of the sides and... desserts Donna available a combo meal. In addition I appreciate some of the employees ask about how my day was and trying to getto know me in the short of time I was there. oh well it was a great experience I will not hesitate to come back and shop again.
