Reviews for Saint Francis Apizza in Cincinnati, OH
Oh my GOD. It's literally only takeout and pickup and yet their staff was SO nice and awesome. The guy was estatic that we... loved it some much and almost matches our enthusiasm for the pizza. So somehow in the short time spent speaking to staff theyleft me smiling. The pizza though... Oh my the pizza... It's so. Good. There are some hidden gem pizza places around herebut.... They don't compare to this. Good crisp, amazing sauce, unrivaled fresh flavor. I bought a T-Shirt before even trying itbecause the picture inside depicted a pizza I knew I would love and they delivered. We were so excited we ate our first in theparking lot and loved it so much we had to go back inside and order another to take home. I tipped them both times even I lovedit so much. I despise that I live 30 minutes from this place because now I'm in love with this place and will have to wear myTShirt with pride and make trips to come back and show all my friends and family how good it is. Give them your darn businesspeople. Read more
I'm an Italian living in Cincinnati for a while and I can't even describe how happy this pizza makes me! It is hands down the... most similar to actual Italian pizza I've had in this country, and even though the place is a bit pricey, it deserves all 5stars. 10/10 Read more
Best pizza in the city. We got a plain and the garlic and greens. Both were delicious and the crust is fantastic and well cooked... - nice and crisp with no flop. Will definitely be back. The salads were also tasty while we waited for the pizza. Not much spaceto eat there, but there are two tables with two seats each out front. Read more
After a nice time at Ault Park, we decided to try this pizza place. My 2 year old son who is an absolutely picky eater(even with... pizza) loves their pizza. He grabbed a huge slice of it and immediately went to town. I love seeing the fresh balls of dough andthe person spinning pizza dough at the back. My husband, who is a huge Cincinnati/Ohio lover and native, loves the semi localpepperoni(Columbus). It?s solid, simple, good quality pizza. Read more
I have tried a lot of vegan pizzas, always searching for one that excites me to chow down and the vegan (Mad Cheese Cincinnati)... cheese on Saint Francis Apizza's pies does not disappoint. The salamimami was yummy and had a nice texture. A large pie startsat 17$ for just sauce so you have to pay extra for cheese and other locally sourced toppings. All around super tasty and highlyrecommend. It has fairly good value for the price. The vegan salad could use a few more toppings, but the dressing was tasty.Excited and hopeful they incorporate more Mad Cheese Cincinnati products onto the pizzas because that was so much better thanany other cheese in the pizza market. Biggest fattest YES. A pie that not only tastes out of this world, it's cooked to perfection. Went for the signature Spicy Pie... and wouldn't change a thing! Great toss-your-own Caesar kit as well. We'll be back. Read more
We went back for more pizza and added more to our review. How good is a pizza? A) When you order enough for 4, only 3 show up... and there is no pizza left. B) When the simplest cheese and tomato pie is as good as the more elaborate creations. Wepreviously devoured the Pepperoni and Olive. This time we ordered 1/2 Garlic and Greens and 1/2 Mushroom and Onions and OnePlain pizza, as well as a Cesar Salad complete with anchovies, croutons and dressing (all ingredients are individuallyseparated, to be combined at home) The ricotta makes the Garlic and Greens very creamy and delicious. This is our newfavorite. The Mushroom and Onions was not a favorite as it was not as flavorful as the other two which surprised me as thePlain pizza was so delicious that is even better than the mushroom onion pizza. The Caesar salad lettuce was fresh, had largelettuce leaves with a slightly tangy delicious dressing, accompanied by large croutons, shredded cheese and two containers withanchovies. It is enough for two, but feeds more. The ingredients chosen by St Francis A Pizza make such a different in thefinal flavor as well as the treatment they give to their airy, light crust. Their pizza is also light and absolutely notoily. - Our first review of St Francis a Pizza Delicious pizza. The selected ingredients led to a delightful flavorexperience. The crust is both light and airy with a right amount of char. It was easy to eat all of the pepperoni and olive (onesize 16?, 8 slices) pizza in one sitting as it was not greasy at all as well as very flavorful. Easy parking also makes it easyto pickup. We will order more of their delicious pies to try other fresh flavors and ingredient combinations. Read more
I recently moved here so I've been looking for the best take-out pizza within 15 min of my home base in Norwood. I got the Erie... Ave, and it was excellent. This is brick oven style cooked to perfection. The slices weren't floppy but the crust wasn't burntto a crisp, exactly what you want if you don't like massive NY style pizza. It is a little pricey, but it tasted like highquality dough, sauce, and toppings. Highly recommend, and the pick up is easy because they have a parking lot in front. Read more
