Can't review because they came up with different excuses every 10 minutes when I came back through ???????? I had placed a... mobile order, went to the window and was told 10 minutes for shift change waited about 13 minutes and went back and was thentold system was down by the same guy and to come back in 10. The app had already charged me and I had ordered 15 minutes beforeI first arrived and when I came back again they didn't have my order. I would like a refund of 14.96 that I have been charged.Responding to a request for contact for my review on Google maps because the contact page provided still won't process mycomplaint, and I had tried just after it had happened as well and it wouldn't go through then either. There needs to be a cancelbutton so when your restaurant denies knowing you you don't have to fork up fifteen dollars for aggravation. Read more
The food was horrible, not hot, they never have ice cream,(it makes me think they just don't want to clean out the ice cream... machine every night so they just don't serve it. The employees are rude and unfriendly. It seems like all of the Rallys are likethis anymore. And then they always seem to be on shift change and can't take no orders while this happens. I've said to thembefore that I can just wait in the parking lot till the finish but they get very mad when I say this and then they proceed totell me that I am NOT allowed to wait in the drive thru line and get pretty irritate with me that I am choosing to wait for themto get finished. This store is a joke. Not sure how it's even open. Literally every night they are on "shift change". Doesn't matter if it's 7pm... 8pm 815pm or 830pm, shift change. Will post a 1 star review everyday moving forward this happens. It's already happened Monday,Tuesday now Wednesday. Read more
Every time I try, key word being try, to visit this Rally's there is an issue. Last time it was a 15 minute shift change so no... orders could be taken. I've worked in the food industry my whole life and have never had to shut down the restaurant for a shiftchange. Needless to say I did not wait around. Read more
I drive a big work truck so it will not fit through drive thru restaurants. So I have to go in to order. Rally's are known for... their walk up windows to order food. That is on of the benefits of going to Rally's. So when they decide to close their walk upwindows and force everyone to the drive thru, it takes away options for those who want to patronize their services. That sucks. Read more
Well that was an experience. Ran all over trying to find someone open so I can eat while my wife is stuck in the hospital. After... McDonald's failed me, I ended up here. First off, the lady was getting increasingly rude. Every time I tried to say a part ofthe order, I had to repeat it three times. They obviously couldn't hear me over the rap music blasting in the back ground.Couldn't even get through that I just wanted small meals. Either they couldn't hear me or they just straight up ignoredit. Finally get back to the hospital, to my wife's room and sit down to eat and my burger is wrong. Even after repeating backto me that I wanted only ketchup and Mayo and cheese they still managed to put mustard on it. Went ahead and tried to give thema call to give them a chance to at least make it right since we will be stuck in the area for a while... The phone number on thereceipt was disconnected. Guess I should have expected that at this rate. If you are at Cincinnati Children's, I would suggestjust going down the highway an exit than trying to eat here. Read more
The food was cold & wrong. Went I went to take it back for a hot correct sandwich the young lady argued with me. Then turned... around and gave me another wrong sandwich. I was going to ask for my money back, instead I just ate the sandwich when madealmost correctly. We will not be back there!!! Read more
