This was my first time going to a Rally's since I lived in FL 13 years ago and it is the absolute worst thing I've ever seen... walking in. I'll ignore the lobby area looking absolutely disgusting because the behavior of the two women on shift was worse. Iwalked in and they were both making jabs at each other, and both were going up to the drive through windows like they were bothattempting to work, then one says the other is not doing anything and they proceed to fight in the kitchen, right behind thegentleman who is cooking. He had limited movement because they were right behind him screaming, but after a few minutes I, thecustomer, attempted to get them to stop fighting by saying "look, this window is open, you can hear me." and much to mysurprise, the two women continued to ignore all 3 windows that had people waiting (not including the long drive through line)and the COOK came to the window to check on me (wiggling past the fighting women in his way) to see if I was picking up anorder. Then the two women who were at the windows went out back to continue arguing with each other. You don't have to like eachother or even the job, but so long as you choose to work there, you need to set aside those differences and focus on the work. The gentleman was running lobby, drive through, and the kitchen all on his own during a lunch rush. That's super not cool. Youcan't afford to give him the raise he deserves, and he can certainly add "focused", "customer driven", "self motivated","determined", and "works well under pressure" to his resume. His skillset and talent is well above the toxic work environment Isaw today. I am absolutely outraged. Where was the shift leader to break up that fight? Sending one of the girls home would havebeen better than both of them not working. I will not be going again, and I truly hope that man is job searching because hedeserves so much more. His actions demonstrated skills required in more challenging jobs that pay more and are b Read more

This store has the worst service, the food was cold and the ketchup packet was sticky. There was no line I still had to wait for... my food. The girl at the window asked did I want cheese, when I got the burger it was no cheese on it. When I sent it pack andask for cheese 2 to three workers handled my bag and then the burger was all slimey and still cold and the cheese was just threwon the burger. Worst experience ever. Read more

Fly traps hanging from the menu in your face. Always out of sauce, 20+ min wait. Can't get plain correctly... Will let you... stand in lobby and not take order while taking five car orders. No sense of urgency or care for customers. Watch three carsdrive away while employees stand around. *Go down the street to the next restaurant * Read more

Only one girl working tonight on 10/6/22. there was a long line, and she killed it. Kudos to her for toughing it out when she... was completely alone. Food was excellent! Im sure she heard all kinds of insults that night but she is really a great worker. Araise is definitely in order for her. Thank you!! Read more
