I went on 11/09/2021 during lunch time for a casual bite to eat with my partner. The lobby was open for dine in at this... location. First impressions were great, the restrooms were nice, clean and stocked. The lobby had plenty of attractive artworkand posters displayed in the lobby as well. The woman working lobby was very kind. She took our order and almost instantly ourfood was ready. This is definitely the fastest service I've had anywhere. Its also worth noting that the same woman workingfront counter was constantly cleaning and wiping down tables as well as frequently checking the restrooms. Our food was servedhot and fresh. Hot fries, nice hot crispy chicken, and the soft Texas toast served with a side of their signature canes sauce.Overall great fast service with great food to match. Read more

So I'm a "chick fil a gal" but decided to give Cane's another try for my first few impressions were "unmet expectations". The... chicken is "okay"... Strips are small but yet tender to chew, the sauce is what makes it good I guess. Fries....just ok...I hadto pop mines in the air fryer to get them to my liking. Canes on Colerain Avenue has been a complete joke the last 4 times!! We love canes don't get me wrong!! The chicken fingers are... terribly small! I spent $30 here yesterday and this was the size of the chicken fingers!! I would have taken it back butunfortunately i got all the way home and my kids were hungry! $13 Per combo. We love this place! We make trips from Indiana just to get us some. Management is super hospitable. Never had an order come out... wrong. We've been to another location but this one surpassed them by a long shot. Our picky kids get excited when they hearCane's and our furkid approves as well. Keep up the awesome work. Only serve chicken strips...only have two sauces. One would think that if they are only serving chicken strips they would have... multiple dipping sauces. McDonald's has them beat on sauces with Chicken McNuggets. Maybe a spicy chicken strip? No. Restaurantis hard to get to, have to walk across the drive-thru from the parking lot. Read more
