Went to drive thru for lunch. Waiting 6 minutes for some one to take my order. 1 car ahead of me paying. Ordered spicy chicken... breast and fries. My food was old. So old that my fries was old and cold. I'm going back after work to get my fries replaced. Ipaid for the fries so I'm going to exchange them. Did not receive my receipt. Thought it was in the bag. Im starting to think they legitimately look for the most unintelligent people to work here.. every few months I try again and... they never fail at FAILING completely! From not having half the items on the menu available, to being slow as molasses, and I'veNEVER in the last 4 years had an order be complete and correct... wrong drinks, no sauce, mild instead of spicy, no apple pies,burnt biscuits etc etc... they need to fire everyone and try again... ???? It was not a good experience. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich instead. In addition to... this, the fries were cold. Most places will review your order before you receive it or at least make sure the correct order isgoing to the right customer but they definitely didn't. The staff I could tell were in a hurry to close. I don't think I willbe going back to this location after going through this just because I am afraid of what I am going to experience next. Read more
For the past couple weeks or should I say months every time I go there at night time mainly some of the women are very rude and... disrespectful they close early and most of the time at least an hour hour and a half before is even times in the clothes theyhave nothing but maybe some chicken breast and some chicken tenders and by the time I got you to win the woman from here boughtthe chicken tenders is that bad I don't understand what's going on with them tonight I went through there at circle around inthe parking lot drive through a good 10 times because their system was down so we're finally got ready to get back up the womantold me to move out the drive to for the drive-through time by the time I went back around the line was full so I left I lovePopeyes but that Popeye's down there really need some help they they need a overhaul the chicken isn't cleaned probablysometimes you can taste the grease old on the chicken or either they don't have what they have on their menu but yet thoseprices don't change so they seem to go higher Read more
The cashier was pretty friendly and The chicken dinner was hot and good however, they had some issues with not having certain... food items due to No delivery and they didn't have alot of money in the register due to bank issues, so you had to have theexact change. Pretty slow service. The chicken sandwich was fine. The coleslaw was ehhh. The soda didn?t taste right AND the cup was 90% full... of ice too Read more
Customer service was severly lacking. They gave out unacceptable food. Shrimp was old and dry. Chicken was dry as sand. Staff... needs extensive retraining. Maybe give them a raise, for quality work. You asked.... Read more
I love chicken. But Popeye's is especially good. The crunch,the aroma ,the price. I can hardly past by without stopping. Lol
