It's Popeyes. When going to this location you need to have patience. It is hit or miss for dining room but drive through is... open. I have waited up to 30 minutes to get through the line. They seem to take one order and fulfill it before starting thenext, which is fine since other drive thrus make you feel like you're going to be done fast and then keep you waiting afteryou've ordered. I appreciate the staff giving you plenty of time to decide if it's worth the wait for you. The food is alwayscorrect and hot. Read more

Stopped at drive through at 3 in the afternoon 6 cars deep about a 15 minute wait????? Was here last week and saw 2 roaches at... checkout counter the girl at the register smashed them. Who in the world is managing this store??? V Read more

My fiancé and I have been to this location many, many times. This establishment has the slowest and poorest service around.... They also play loud explicit music throughout the store, which can be heard through the drive-thru speaker and drive-thruwindow. The only reason I gave this location 2 stars is due to the food still being good. For a bit of background on thisreview, my fiancé and I sat in a short drive-thru line for 30 minutes one time before even ordering. If you see even theshortest of a line here, skip it. It's sad that I have a Popeyes less than a mile away from me but I have to travel a couple of miles to a different Popeyes to... get chicken strips that actually tasts seasoned or are not old and hard. There are many times that I go to this store to buy ameal and the chicken tastes nothing like Popeyes. Old fries, old chicken, and tasting like it was only coated in flour and somesalt. The product from this Popeyes is not always bad. But it has become too often for me to spend money there. It's too much ofa crapshoot to whether I will get chicken that actually tastes like Popeyes chicken, or horrible chicken that makes me feel likeI got cheated out of my money. Read more

I stopped in for lunch with a coworker. As we pulled in, we saw to people standing behind the building peeking around to see if... anyone was pulling in. Once we pulled around the building, we realized it was the staff. When we jumped out of the van i made anout dated reference to the cheech and chong movies because it smelled like weed. Once inside we waited for like 3 minutes. Weboth decided to go wash our hands one at a time while we waited for service. After we took turns washing our hands we still sawno staff inside. What we did see was flies hovering over the chicken behind the counter. The counter was so filthy that whe Itouched it I decided to go wash my hands again. It looked like someone spilled lard all over the counter and then tried to cleanit up using rag soaked in a vat of grease. Once someone finally showed up to take our order, which happened to be the lookout weobserved when pulling in, they were completely dismissive. Im not sure if he was Cheech or Ching but he definitely appeared tobe high. The chicken was dense and not good. I wanted to throw it out, but I hate throwing out food unless it is inedible andthis was just ediible. Waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes!!! Ordered the 12 piece family meal and the kids chicken tender meal. The... chicken tenders was literally hard as rocks!!! I wouldn't even give that to my dog! Will not ever go back to this locationagain!! Not even going to call and complain because I won't ever do business at that location ever again! Wasted money!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never in my life had such poor customer service. I Door Dash on the side to help... make a little extra money. So I came to this location for a $3 order, which is already frustrating to begin with. Sign on thedoor says dining room open. I try to go into the lobby to pick up the order - as most restaurants have a pretty efficient doordash pick up method - dining room door is locked. I go around to wait in the astronomically long line of cars. It takes a solid5 minutes before the customer at the speaker even gets addressed. I decided to pull around to the window to simply ASK what thepick up method for door dash is. At that point I am met by the one employee working, and she could not have been more rude. Ipolitely ask what the door dash pick up process is, as the signs posted indicating the dining room is open, is very misleading.She tells me that I must wait, I even say "should I go back around through the line?" She says to just pull up and she will getit to me. Only THEN, I hear her very obviously and loudly complaining to the customer behind me, about ME! I couldn't believeit. I had never experienced anything like that. The way she acted was so unfortunate. I understand that they were obviouslyshort staffed. However, there are ways to let people know that you are short staffed, or that you're behind. There are ways totalk to customers, as I feel most people are more than understanding these days. Not that Popeyes is the most well runestablishment in general, but this was horrible and I know I will absolutely never, ever go back there. Read more
