This is the worst experience in my life for food I paid 20.17$ for four pcs classic and three tinder?s and what I got, only... thighs and i asked for breasts only and the attitude for the girls there is so awful man. Every time my husband and I go thru this particular POPEYES, they're out of something. Tea, desserts,chicken. Someone needs to... train management how to inventory. On the day of my visit , I tried to order chicken and there was piles of chicken , under the lights for only God knows how long... , and I asked for a certain piece and the cook stated , I'M NOT DROPPING ANYMORE UNTIL WHAT'S UP THERE IS GONE. And someone saidin a review i read and I just wanna know how could that chicken have been delicious and it's warmed in a warmer , after sittingunder heat lamps for , as I said before , only God knows how long. Line was way too long. I checked my bag prior to driving off. I was missing a spicy sandwich. Restaurant worker claim she didn't... hear the last thing I ordered which was a spicy sandwich. She didn't repeat my order back to me to make sure it was correcteither. She also refused to take the order and allow me to pay for it. No inside service at this location. I went to the drive thru and placed my order which was the 8 pc breaded shrimp, one side... and biscuit. For condiments- I asked for cocktail sause BUT they were out so I requested tartar sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper andbutter. I didnt receive any tartar sauce and only 2 ketchup, salt pepper, 2 butter and one napkin Food was fresh, taste greatbut they need to work on the order request better and keep stocked properly at this location- I was lucky enough to find topackets of tartar sauce in my driver door storage so i could make a sause up for the shrimp... I visited the Mitchell Popeyes, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I recieved this tiny bare naked piece of something, I'm not quite sure what... it is. It has no coating, and doesn't look like their regular sandwiches. I tried calling no answer. Tried the new blacken chicken strips. They were very good. The fries could have been hotter but still very tasty.
