This place was absolutely horrible. I waited 15 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the speaker with only two... cars in front of me. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches and two medium fries total I believe was $12.76. I get to thewindow finally I pay I wait another 8 minutes at the window and then I only get one sandwich and one fry. Instead of getting aclassic chicken sandwich they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. Then when I try to call to inquire about it nobody answers thephone. So I go to the website to complain and it's so difficult I was so frustrated I gave up. This place needs to get cleanedup. Read more

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. It didn?t move. So I went inside, and ordered. No frozen lemonade. No Mac and cheese.... Almost didn?t have chicken tenders?not the best location. The worker there was very nice, however. Read more

When the food is good, it's so good. But the service is constantly slow and uncaring. There were 4 people behind the counter and... a manager in the dining room tonight and it took almost 40 minutes for my online order to be made. It was 2 meals placed in theapp shortly before 7, i arrived at 715 and they didn't even start it til almost 730. There was almost no acknowledgment of mywait nor the 4 other people to order/pickup. There was also no apology or extra thanks when food finally did get bagged andhanded out. Super frustrating. Read more

The worst Popeye's I have ever been to. It's always dirty. The workers are always rude and act like they don't care. I went... there yesterday and the speaker wasn't working in the drive thru, fine, so I pull up to the window like the note on the speakersays to do. The window is open and there is no one at the window. Not only that but it looks like a ghost town inside throughthe window. So I pull out and see one of the workers outside smoking a cigarette. Absolutely terrible experience, the order Kiosk wasn't functioning. After ordering my food at the window my food was raw and... clearly not cooked properly.. not even the frys they said they just made up. The only good thing was our biscuits.. so 10dollars for biscuits? Our other food items weren't acceptable to consume. Read more

Wow, gross. Just no. I wouldn't eat here again if they gave away the food. Dirty tables everywhere, floor was disgusting, staff... walking around with tank tops on, hearing the employee tell his manager about his upcoming prison sentence just added to theambiance. The food was cold even though we were told our food took thirty minutes because they just pulled it out of the fryer,was very interesting. It's a no for me. Tried to get food there twice last week. The first time. There was an employee outside, taking break I assume. 10 minutes... sitting in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever took my order. And that was after two people infront of me got sick of waiting and left. The second time. They said all they had was 4 spicy sandwiches, and nothing else onthe menu.
