Everyone deserves a second chance @ redemption. I won't go into my bad September visit here because my visit today was a... complete 180° from my first experience. I don't know if it's new management or new kitchen staff but BRAVO!!!!!!!!! I wasn'texpecting much & I don't leave reviews after one visit because everyone has bad days due to situations out of people's control &I'm glad I waited to voice my impression. Keep up the great work, the WHOLE STAFF DESERVES A VOICE OF ENCOURAGEMENT. If you hada bad experience prior to September 2020 then take my word & give them another chance. I don't work there so kill that thought &read my other reviews. I'm hard to please & speak truth about every encounter. The one on Colerain Ave always messes up the order, or you end up having missing food from your order. Then when you call, or... go in to complain they have an attitude. Read more
Was picking up an online order. Manager told me to pull forward as she stated they were waiting on Beignets. I said sure no... problem. 20 minutes go by and still no order. I had to pull back around as they had already closed the lobby/or it's just notopen. I pulled up around the cars in the line and no one wanted to help me. I sat for another 2-3 minutes until someone finallyacknowledged I was there. It being the same manager. She looked at me confused and I told her I was waiting on the order and shelooked as me like she had no clue what I was talking about. Finally something clicked and she said oh its gonna be a fewminutes. This was due to them having to make the entire order again, I guess? As it appeared they got everything fresh. Read more

We went through the drive thru and the service was Amazing. I told the attendant at the window. She definitely exceeded my... expectations for Popeyes. I appreciated that.
