Got a stuffed crust cheese pizza with extra cheese and brownie. Both were so hot fresh and delicious. Yummy.
Order placed at 7pm. Supposed to be ready by 8:15pm. Was not ready until 8:55pm. Wings were ready but the pizza was not. Got... home, opened the pizza box and it was burnt and wings were cold. Spent $54.00 on dinner which we had to reheat the wings and thepizza was too burnt to eat. Read more
Tried to order on the app multiple times and pay with my credit/debit card bank card it rejected the payment out of frustration... went to another pizza place down the street I usually order from everthing went fine got my son's pizza and our pizza noproblem...what the heck is wrong with your payment method through the app??? ???? with my balance on that card I could ofordered pizza for everyone on here giving a review ???? and I was just sitting outside the store!???????? 2.5 stars, really. The good: We always get a pizza! The bad: We very rarely get the pizza we order. The ugly: Usually a 45 min.... - 1 hour wait. We've placed 1-2 orders a month for the last year or so, either a buffalo chicken pizza or stuffed crustpepperoni. The buffalo chicken came with the hot sauce on it only once, and twice when ordering the stuffed crust they must havebeen out - we received a pan pizza once, and a weird tear-off cheesy crust thing tonight (see pic). Even if the substitution isa "better value", as we've been told when carrying out, we ordered the stuffed crust because we really wanted the stuffed crust.*wistful sighs* we keep comin' back for the stuffed crust... I ordered delivery through the Colerian store. I realized it was pretty late but I had just gotten off work & it was the only... option I had. I ordered delivery through the website & it accepted my order. I?ve now been waiting an hour & a half and theystill haven?t shown up. The least they could do (considering they had my phone #) was call me & let me know they wouldn?t becoming & not just have me waiting.. bc if they had called immediately I may have had time to order through the one other placethat may have still been open.. but because I thought they were coming & their ?tracker? said they were coming I wasn?t going tomake another order & then be stuck paying for two orders. This is completely unprofessional not only to not contact someone tolet they know you aren?t coming but also to not even make and deliver the order considering they were still open when the orderwas placed. I didn?t even order much either.. it pry would have taken them literally 10min to make and get everything together& then deliver it to me on their way home. Not to mention when I order super late like that I make sure to tip super fat sowhomever that driver would have been missed out on $50. Good job guys, we all want to go home but it?s not like you are evenopen that late.. try working for an establishment that?s open until 2am. Read more
