Every time I go there they forget my pizza sauce. The only time they have remembered is when I've told them my name is... 'Don'tforget Mypizzasauce'. Went back to get sauce and they gave one cup.. I have been coming to this Penn Station since I can remember. Today was a new experience. I ordered online and went to go pick... it up. I asked if it was already made because I forgot to say no honey mustard. No worries, it was already made anyways, itwasn't a big deal. I added a drink and fry on my order when I was there and it took them a long time to make my fries. I mightas well have just came in to order instead of online because everyone was getting their orders with fries without anyhesitation. Like 6 people had gotten their food before my fries were done and I had stood in line to wait for them too sotechnically I should have gotten mine before them. When they were about done, the lady said that she is still waiting on myfries and a second later she gave them to me and said that they were super hot because they were right out the fryer. I eat someas soon as I close my car door and there was no hesitation to eat them meaning they were not as hot as if they had just got outthe fryer. I get home and my tomatoes were just sitting on top of the sandwich as if they had forgot to put them on there atfirst. fast , friendly, food was fresh and made to order. staff was friendly welcoming and it was very diversed. even tho I said no... mushrooms and they still put them on my sandwich I had a pleasant visit and the place was very clean !!! Read more
Speedy service, decent sandwiches if a bit too greasy, great fries and a clean environment. Also, kinda expensive. Not sure when... that happened exactly but you do notice the higher prices on all items. Read more
