Good food, great service. Ordered carry-out for the family of 9 last evening. Gentleman who took my order was both efficient and... courteous. Read more

Got one of our sandwiches wrong. This location seems to be not quite as well run as other locations as it was a bit more unkept,... disorganized, and the employee running the grill was having a hard time. Read more

Above average service, staff was friendly and attentive. I would give 10 stars for service if I could. For a fast food place to... have this level of service is almost unheard of anymore. Kudos for a great job! Read more

Usually a pretty cool place when the older manager black guy is present. When he?s not, the place isn?t so pleasant. Was hungry... Friday night (8/05/22 @9:17pm) pulled up and the dining was closed as I kinda expected. No biggie as the young lady motionedfrom inside for me to go around to the side. I pulled up, no real greet as you can kinda tell they didn?t want your business asclosing time is 10pm. Nevertheless, the young black lady asked if I had a pickup. I said no I would like to order to go. Shesaid ?well you have to call or order online.? I?m like I?m right here. Looking confused, I said well I?ll look online rightquick. She said fine. Just don?t stay in the lane . I was the only car there. I just pulled off and went elsewhere.Disappointing Read more

I ordered chicken teriyaki, the chicken was dry, like it was left over or precooked since it was almost time for them to close.... I use to love Penn Station, but this location in Forest Park has changed so much. The quality of their food has changed a lot. They seem to have a high turn over of employees ???? Read more

I stood at the counter by the register where this woman was the whole time and not once did she offer to help me. I stood there... for 15 min before another worker approached me. I watched this woman let other people sit on the counter and get cold, while theother workers would finally bag the food and say hey, this food was sitting here the whole time. However I also watched her workquick for people of her own skin color. She refused to help the other race. Read more

I went to this Penn Station today, and it was my first time going to ANY Penn Station location. It was not a great experience,... but the sandwich was pretty tasty, and service was as good as it could be, all things considered. I had placed an order onlineand took my time. I didn't get there much ahead of the time the order was supposed to be ready. When I arrived at the building,I saw they had a pick-up window with a sign that said you couldn't place orders there, but could pick up if you had an onlineorder. It had a doorbell to ring and listed the phone number. I rang the bell several times to no avail. Either they have itdisabled, couldn't hear it, or were ignoring it. I also tried calling the phone number a couple of times, only to get avoicemail that said it was full so there's no ability to leave a message. Finally I gave up, parked, and went inside to seewhat was going on. The parking lot only had a few cars, so it didn't seem like it would be that busy. When I walked in, therewere probably almost a dozen people standing around either placing orders or waiting for their orders. There were only 2 peoplebehind the counter, and immediately I felt sympathy for them. They were clearly buried. I thought this was going to be a verylong wait. It really wasn't, though - within less than 5 minutes, I was helped. My sandwich was already done and the guy behindthe counter scooped up some fries and a cookie, handed me a cup for my drink, asked if I wanted any sauces - ketchup, mustard,etc..I said yes to the ketchup and he overloaded me with an unnecessarily large amount of ketchup packets which seemed like asmall gesture to be taken almost as an apology. I thanked him and went to get my drink and leave.... Filled up on Pepsi only tofind that there were no lids sitting out for my (regular) size of cup. As I looked around, I saw there were no straws either. Iattempted to get the attention of the guy behind the counter for a couple of minutes before I gave up, Read more

I went in the other day. Many people hanging out waiting for their food. The person in front of me ordered. I was then told by... the employee that he would be right with me...twice, that was fine. I ordered and waited about 25 mins. All 3 workers wereworking hard and they were not rude. My order was right but my cheese steak didn't have much taste. I think I got the last ofthe fries in the basket because they were mostly small pieces. I normally love Penn Station fries but was disappointed. Firsttime going to this one. I will try one more time to give fair review. No napkins for self service. I think the back-up was fromlack of workers but not sure. Read more
