The service the day I had gone was horrible. The last couple times I'd gone to this location, the services was toeing the line.... So I walked in and the lady who was taking orders was talking and seemed to be unaware of me walking in. I was on my phone soafter I walked in, I walked away from the order station. Once off my phone, I walked forward to order and she didn't turn to meand I actually had to say excuse me. The staff she was talking to was turned toward me and didn't gesture to her or evenacknowledge me by saying hello. I should have walked out right then but I really wanted Penn Station. Finally, I ordered and Imoved to the end to pay and the guy was very monotone, no smiles and just very not into being at work that day, my assumption ofcourse. I normally love Penn Station but not this time. I found a hair in my food and when I called they said I could get a refund. I... went in and was told they would remake it but since I didn?t have the sandwich anymore they couldn?t do anything. Definitelydon?t want another sandwich, I wanted a refund. I wasn?t told to keep the haired sandwich in order to receive a new one oranything, just to come back since I had already gone back home. Read more
Friendly staff. The restaurant is pretty clean, everything look like been wipe down often. Sometimes you got overcooked fries... but that's doesn't hurt me, I still like them. One of the best fast food join in Delhi to my opinion. Read more
My GF ordered dinner for us online. When I arrived to pick up the food, they informed me that someone else had already picked up... the food. I assumed they would make my order again, but then the manager basically accused me of trying to scam them out of 2sandwiches, she implied that my GF had just came in and got the sandwiches. My GF was sitting g at home the entire time. Icalled the owner and he basically sided with the employees. So I paid $26 to basically be accused of being a scammer. SAD. Read more
These guys and gals always get my order correct and FAST! I will definitely return again and again.
The manager Carlos kicked us out because we were "too distracting", while sitting quietly and waiting for our other friend to... arrive. We wearing appropriate clothing and there should have been no reason to be kicked out. The two stars is only for theother great workers and food but the manager was rude. Read more
This is the best Penn Station around Cincinnati! Their food is always fresh, hot and tasty! We eat here about once every 2... weeks for lunch, and it always hits the mark. I love their chicken philly and also their pizza sub. Carlos the owner is agreat guy. Definitely a top 3 place to eat in Delhi. Check it out if you have not already. Read more
Although I got the Sandwich of the Month (Philly Cheesesteak), my favorite is Chicken Corden Bleu.
