I got a large cheese steak sandwich with the intention of eating half of it and bringing the other half home. It was so... unbelievably good that I ate it all. The staff was very nice and courteous and the restaurant was clean. They brought my foodout to me very quickly. Awesome experience. You have to go try one of those sandwiches. Read more

Came in literally 10 mins to close. Took care of me straight away with a smile and an awesome chicken teriyaki!

The food is good, as usual. This rating is only one star because Penn Station recently removed their ketchup pump and replaced... it with individual ketchup packets. We are frequent customers of this and other PS locations, and at every one, the ketchuppackets are covered with sticky ketchup residue. PS needs to bring the pump back or wash and rinse the packets before puttingthem out for customers. Read more

Cook with a little heavy on the seasoning on our sandwiches but everything's always great. Was still edible. Fries hot n fresh.

One of my friends is from Cincinatti and she always raves about the subs here. I finally had the chance to try it out for lunch.... I ordered a small cheesesteak with fries and it was amazingly good! I wish I had ordered a bigger portion to go. I highlyrecommended going here and this might be my favorite sub place going forward. Read more

Great Customer Service! Great Experience! I felt very welcomed here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by... gentleman. Next the ladies were very nice! That had me excited! As I was placing my order, the chef was ready to prepare mymeal quick, fast and with quality presentation! I haven't had Penn station subs in a while. I'm glad I stopped in.
