If you like them getting your order wrong and then them giving you a free pizza with a bunch rotted portabello mushrooms on... it...... you'll love this Papa John's!...... I almost feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I order from them. You can findbetter pizza within 2 miles for $5 less. Read more

My apartment building is really hard to find, so when my pizza didn't show up by the estimated time arrival, I called and spoke... with a manager named kara, is thats spelled correctly I'm not sure. She had the driver call me and the problem was resolved veryquickly, as the driver was just lost and pulled into the adjacent apartment building. Great service, quick response, and goodfood. Received my order incorrect, when I called to ask for a refund or credit I was told I?d have a $15 dollar credit on my account.... When I called the next day I was told I didn?t have a credit and that there?s nothing they could do about it. As a formeremployee of Papa Johns I?m disappointed honestly. The boy on the phone told us he didn?t deliver to our house 2 miles from their location. We calmly told him that can?t be right... as we have ordered from here for years. To which his response was, ?you need to calm down, I?m trying to figure thisout?. Order your food elsewhere from somewhere that puts a higher value on adequate customer service. I have had better from this place. I even tipped the driver. I asked for 2 extra Garlic Dippin Sauce. Didn't even get it or the... chance to tell the driver he was already in his car before I could ask if it was there. Read more
