I really wanted to try the food with my wife. It is not how the website says. It is for sure not cuisine food. Great job with... website and pictures. I had skipped lunch to eat this at dinner but could not eat. I was very disappointed by food taste,quality and price. I truly hope they improve the quality to what it is being charged. Unfortunately I have to update.... I just had the driest, nastiest, chicken dish that seems to have been standing too long and... not prepared freshly. Either that or they wildly overcook which I think to be less likely. Perhaps it was cooked in a batch atlunch and not used until dinner time? Took a couple bites and threw it in the trash since there was no saving the meal. Had the shawarma chicken recently for lunch. Just the right amount of spice, pickle, acid. A really nice dish, which took me two... meals to eat! The walnut baklava was good, but my piece was a tad overcooked. I will definitely give it another chance in afuture visit. Read more

The shysh lamb wrap for lunch this week was literally the best thing I've eaten in Cincinnati. I was worried it was going to be... overpriced but for the amount and quality of food it was worth every penny. The lamb was perfect, the pickled vegetables wereamazing. The cream sauce was on top of the wrap instead of inside which made it a bit messy to pick up but that's what napkinsare for. The people working were very kind and actually waited to make my to-go online order until I arrived so it would befresh since they weren't too busy. The desserts and dips looked incredible and I am already planning my next visit. Oakleykitchen itself was great -- looks like lots of good options to try in one place, plenty of seating upstairs . Olive Tree is a hidden gem and a growing project established by an ambitious family of Syrian immigrants. It combines excellent... quality and authenticity. I tried their new place in Oakley and they did not disappoint. Amazing food as usual and clearly madewith passion.
