I went by Metro just to go to the new location which the update said it was open. (Update on their own website) Of course calls... go straight to voicemail so I assumed they were too busy to answer the phone! Well thy weren?t even close to opening becausethere was a couch cushion on the floor! ( I assumed, again, for them to sit on as they work to get the store ready. Cooler &Cash Register was there but nothing else to tell it was eventually going to be ?Off The Vine?! Read more

I woke up this morning wanting juice and realized I hadn?t been here in some time. I did a google search to see if they were... open and all signs indicated they were open for take-out during normal hours. To be sure I checked their website and found noCOVID updates or disclaimers. I phoned but got sent straight to a cellular voicemail. I figured I?d give it a go and walked overto the location on Vine to find they moved locations. No biggie. I?ve gotta walk a little further but good to know they?re stillin business. I arrive at the new location (a Pilates studio) that is closed and mentions NOTHING about Off the Vine. Annoying!Poor business etiquette. While I?m out on this wild goose chase I guess I?ll head over to Rooted. Read more

Juice has always been great when we go. However I have noticed really bad inconsistencies for opening time and juice quality.... Service attitude is... Par, could be worse though. However opening time need to be updated on Facebook or Google because they donot open when they are supposed to. That, or the employees lack work ethic. Love their juice, truly. However half the time it isstarting to taste more like fruit juice than actual juice. Combine par service attitude and par products, and you have a overpriced kool-aid stand. Read more

The best pressed juice in Cincinnati! I have been coming here for years and I hope they stick around for many more. I love how... they use glass bottles for their juices which is a good thing because you know it?s chemical free. Would definitely recommendthis place! Read more

Customer service is aweful! Which I?m ok with when the product is good. But this place is disgusting. My juice was loaded down... with sugar. It wasn?t real juice. I feel like they added water to some kind of powder and called it juice. Save your money bcyou?ll just throw the juice away. Read more

The juice was great, along with the nut milk. However, the customer service was just okay. I was able to taste samples but the... guy almost seemed like I was bothering him. I didn?t get the best vibe from this place, but the juice was wonderful! Read more

Off The Vine is the worst juice and smoothie shop in Cincinnati for these reasons. ? Open at 7am Mon-Fri, I show up at 7:30am... this morning and no one is there and the lights are off. This has happened at least a dozen times to me. ? Consistently out offresh fruit but they won't tell you that they don't have bananas or other fruit until after they make you a bowl and then tellyou they replaced everything which ends up not making the bowl you wanted. ? Menu changed over a year ago but are too lazy toupdate their menu on their site and in the store. ? Inconsistent taste with staple items. You will never taste the same flavortwice. ? They only have 1 person working at a time. So expect a 20 minute wait for a bowl or a smoothie. I believe in thiscities growth and want to support local business especially in a growing area like OTR but I've been going there on and off forover 3 years and i'm finally DONE. My suggestion would be to hit Rooted in Fountain Square before you hit OTR. Rooted - 17 E6th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. They actually care about their product and their customer and the overall experience in theirstore. Read more

Love the juice that they serve. Don't love the service. Went a few weeks back and the guy that was working in the morning had... his headphones in. Took 15 minutes to finally get his attention and come serve me. I went again this morning to grab a juicebefore work, as I know they open at 7 AM. Much to my surprise it was not open, no sign on the door or anything to explain whythey weren't open. There's too much inconsistency at this place. Read more
