Went for Sunday lunch after church. Ordered a burger bowl with fries and slaw. Got a burger with slaw. The crunchy slaw is... good. The burger was good. Chose not to correct the order. Don't know if the mix up was on the service side or thekitchen. Nice beer selection. Read more

Extremely rude staff. Published weekday hours say they're open until midnight, that's the only reason we stopped in here at... 9:52PM on a Wednesday. But when we sat down, the waitstaff refused to serve us and told us we'd have to go to the bar, eventhough they were serving other customers at their table. Not only did she tell us we'd have to go to the bar, but she actedlike we were out of line for stopping her to ask for service. So we grabbed drinks at the bar and sat for about 45 minutesbefore going back one last drink. No one was at bar, all staff were in shutdown mode running around cleaning up, hanging chairsand being really loud commenting about how it was time to close as if to give us the hint to leave. Made eye contact severaltimes with bartender several times while holding an empty glass and she just ignored me. So we just left. This was well over anhour before closing time. Just moved back to Cincinnati after 8 years, so we were really surprised to be treated so poorly atan establishment that we used to frequent and enjoy. Excuse me for being a paying customer I guess? This is the Second time visiting and the food is delicious. It's the kind of food where you think about it all work week. The... Burger is great and this second time we tried the Blue burger and omg it was delicious. Their wings witheither of the dry rubsare outstanding. Try the blue cheese dressingwith them as it is super thick and chunky deliciousness "note I don't even normallyget blue cheese". Above all else ...you have to try the Spicy cheese curds. The slaw is unique and tasty. The onion rings aregood tasting and crisp. Every dish is worth the price for such an exceptional taste bud adventure. Read more
I wanted to visit here for the first time with an interest in trying the nachos as an appetizer and a burger. Host at the door... told me there was a 15 minute wait for outside seating even though there were more open tables there than inside. The watertasted funny. The croutons were burnt in the salad. I had been here before and enjoyed myself, but this experience was not great. My beer glass was covered with something sticky... that looked like jelly, my next beer was totally wrong. I would have loved to have told someone about it, but no one came back.We?ve now waited 45 minutes after everyone?s drink is empty for our checks. We?ve asked every server. I?m pretty sure we livehere now. They did manage to bring the correct salad, so they?ve got one thing going for them. We do not get here a lot since we live across town. But it is a great neighborhood pub. We went yesterday. The food and service... were great. One of the top two burgers in Cincinnati area.
