i ordered a pizza one night through doordash and the store ran out of dough so our order got delayed. except it took them over 3... hours to make a plain cheese pizza. i also ordered sauce for the side and never received it. when the pizza got here it was coldand the cheese was melted to the paper plates they put in between so it was barely edible. that was $40 down the drain. thenwhen i reached out they gave me $35 not even the full amount i paid for all the food i ordered plus delivery/tips/fees. thenwhen i tried placing an order to use the gift card they don?t even answer the phone. i tried calling several times over the pastfew days. i am extremely disappointed and after i use this gift card i am never ordering from here again. Good but phones never work. If they would answer the phone I would rate them 5 stars. Reply: the online ordering would be... helpful if it actually showed all of the stuff that you have. The vegan pizza is never available on any of the options foronline ordering, except by the slice. Not having this showing online makes me worry it is out of stock but I can?t call to findout since you never answer the phone. I know you say this is because they are busy but any time I go in there to order a pizzaand then wait in my car for 20 mins cause it?s too loud inside, there is no one else inside the restaurant. Has one of the best vegan pizza and vegan toppings, the slices are huge!! It is worth the money and the vegan chicken is... good. Im sure there is a good reason, but seems like they?re out of vegan slices a lot ???? I order off of DoorDash and don?tsee the option for long It?s great though, very hard to find a place who can cook the vegan cheese right too Edit: after seeingthe owner respond to reviews saying they are short staffed, i am more impressed because they are very hard workers. I had been craving some GOOD pizza which has proved harder than one would think. I had tried Mikeys once before and was... disappointed but i decided to give it another shot and was still disappointed! The atmosphere is really cool but the pizza wascrusty, dry and burnt on the bottom! It got two slices of cheese and they claimed it was fresh but it was just awful.
