The "I haven't eaten in over 20 hours" McDonald's tastes substantially better than normal.
The drive through line here can get frustrating because it doesn?t move real fast all the time and you can?t escape if you get... angry and want to get out of it. You?re trapped. Sometimes you want to get out of line because you don?t want to get abused byone of the mean cashiers. Mean as rattlesnakes sometimes. Particularly if you interrupt them when they are on their phone(s)and you inconvenience them by wanting to pay for your food. I know, it?s a tight labor market, but for God?s sake, make someof these girls go to charm school or something. However, The restaurant was recently remodeled and has a clean and comfortabledining room which is a little on the small side. The employees inside are kind and helpful. My order is always correct hereand the food is great. The restaurant is very easy to find and there is ample parking. I was treated very politely the lasttime that I visited. The food came out very fast despite the fact that they were very busy. Much better alternative than RidgeAvenue. (Unless you are masochistic??.. I don?t judge). Read more
Very unprofessional staff. They were kicking, slapping and hitting eachother playfully behind the counter. They didn?t seem like... they cared about their jobs and were more focused on goofing around then fulfilling the order :/ Read more
Longest I?ve ever waited in a fast food drive thru anywhere (35 minutes, 20 just to order). Not an unreasonably long line... either. This place sucks. Read more
This location used to be top tier fast food service and quality. I?m not sure what happened but it?s no longer what it once was.... Today, I ordered 3 Oreo McFlurrys. 1 regular, 2 with extra, extra Oreo. When we get to the food pick up window, they handed methree cups, no holder, and as they handed them to me I looked inside and they all looked the same, like regulars, no extra Oreoat all. I asked them how I could tell the reg and extra toppings apart, and the young lady at the window looked up at thescreen and likely only then realized that they were special ordered asked the woman behind her, I?m assuming she?s the personthat prepared them, ? they are different how do they which one is reg or extra?? and she replied, ? they will figure it out?.The young lady at window turned to me and said, ? I don?t know ? and shut the window. So, after getting home and stirring theice cream around to decide which 2 had more Oreos, we discovered none of them had more. All 3 had the same standard amount,after I happily paid close to $4, almost the cost for another whole McFlurry for the extra toppings they didn?t give. Which Iexpected because of how they seem surprised when I asked how to tell them apart. Good thing we stopped at UDF on the way home tograb some Oreo ice cream toppings. Read more
I want to make a suggestion. When I get my food delivered the driver steals fries or take an item out the bag, instead of... putting the tape to close the outer carrying bag, the bag with our food should be closed with a sticker sealed. This is my 2ndor 3thrd time food has been stolen. It's not Mcdonald fault it's these drivers. Am to the point of not getting food delivered;who wants to eat it when they're hands touching our food.. Plus are they hungry to be doing this?? Stealing fries and stealingnuggets is not ok.. Grub hub had refund all my money back and reported the driver not only that the last driver was a male butthe picture was of a female. ???????????? oh how i know they stealing; the bag is wrinkled with greasy finger prints and thestickers are torn. Plus they have a guilty look on there face's giving me my food. So can you please close the bags and putstickers on the bags with the food in it plus the carry bags... Thank you. Read more
