I'm not really sure what happened here this used to be one of the better McDonald's in the area. The good, at least they are... relatively quick for a McDonald's, perhaps this ties into the bad. Now the bad. My last three trips there my orders have beenwrong always short something. Every time I use the drive-thru, wait in the pickup spot, and except for this most recent time endup having to go inside to get my order corrected. First time was short a large order of fries. No big deal walked inside showedmy receipt got my fries. The next time I was sure to check my bag before I left the parking lot and sure enough short two doublecheeseburgers. Again went inside showed him my receipt and was handed a bag. Walking out I checked the second bag and I had onlybeen given one of my two missing double cheeseburgers. Went back to the person I had spoke to and they got me the other doublecheeseburger. Now just this evening I once again checked my bag all four items were in there so I headed home. Silly me I shouldhave known it wasn't going to be correct. It was close this time the only thing wrong was my double quarter pounder only had onepatty. Again not the end of the world but for what they charge for those things it would be nice if it was correct. So if you'regoing to this location be sure to check your order. Oh and a fun little side game I play is always say thank you to everybody Iinteract with there and see how many it takes before I get a reply. If they choose to have a double drive through, you should be able to handle it. Instead you take an order, we pay for it, and... you tell us to drive around and they will bring it out. There is a reason its called a drive through. Its convience and speed. Thats not what is done. Its abiut how fast you can take an order no matter how long the customer waits. Read more
Was almost afraid to go here after going once in summer and ordering just a pop. They literally gave me half a pop and said... machine was out. I started to complain and the girl shut window in my face. Was with someone else so we just got burger and popin drive thru but this time it was ok. I even got no ketchup and it was correct. Most of the time the service and the quality of food is barely passible. But We sat today for almost 10 minutes at the sign and... never was even acknowledged. They kept taking orders from the other line. We finally get their attention just to be told theywould be with us in a minute. Then they proceeded to keep taking orders from the other line. Finally just pulled off and wentsomewhere else. Never going back their again! Read more

I personally find this location to be faster service than most in the area. The staff is rushy but they often will engage in... some small talk while you wait for your order. The food quality should be addressed, though, but I'm relatively pleased withthis location. Read more
Stopped by to pick up an order for a coworker. (Me personally, I refuse to purchase McDonald's.) While in the drive thru at the... menu board it took an extremely long time for an employee to say anything at all on the receiver. After several minutes ofsilence, I had to ask if anyone was available to take orders. Then an associate asked what I wanted to order. When the orderwas handed to me (Large frozen coffee) it was messy and dripping everywhere. It dripped all over my center console area. So Iasked for napkins and the lady at the window seemed displeased that I had the audacity to ask for napkins. Not impressed in theleast. Customer service was poor. Read more
There was a line in each drive through so I thought it was going to take forever BUT NO they got all the people in and out SO... QUICK and DURING lunch I was very shocked! I made sure to tell the gentleman handing me the food that they were awesome thatthey were super quick! Read more
