Although it says open 24hrs, this location is not. Went through at 230am. One lane has cones indicating that lane was closed,... however, the other lane was open with the menu lights on. I was informed they were closed, reopening at 330 am. How hard is itto either put up more cones or turn off the lighted menus sign? After waiting at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes, I asked if anyone was there. I got:" yep, we are milking the cow... and making the cheese as fast as we can." Excuse me, I hadn't heard from anyone and was just curious if my order was going to betaken tonight. Needless to say, I will not go back here ever again. I?m gonna give this place 2 bc sometimes it?s quick service and I?m usually on my work break. But they always put onions on my... burger when I ask them not too. This McDonald?s is the absolute worst location in the area. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Every time I go which is often... because I work at the mall, it?s disgusting and disappointing. Food is always old and stale as a rock. And the employees arelazy and do nothing, sitting down at the window taking orders wrong not doing anything. Absolutely the worst experience everytime and it just keeps getting worse. I?d suggest new management or just a closure because the foods brevet edible they are justtaking your money.
