I ordered from inside the store. One lady was before me and 5 or 6 behind me. They seemed forgotten the orders inside and worked... only on drive-thru orders. 10 minutes passed, nobody inside got anything and cars outside passed through. I called this McDonald?s at 10:45 to see if they?re still open and they said yes until 12. I get there before 11 & they say they... only have mcchickens & soft drinks and nuggets. I asked her why nobody told me that when I JUST called and she said ?you didn?task that?. How tf am I supposed to know to ask if they?re only selling 3 items on their entire menu. McDonald's has become my last choice to get a meal. Used to be so convenient . But now it's the slowest . You get two simple... things that should be ready and your told to pull around in a waiting spot. And you get it and it's not hot and they forgot bothdrinks . The restaurant was very clean but had a horrible odor. When I asked about it, they said it was a sewer back up. The iced coffee... I had was really good. The chicken and cheese biscuit tasted like it wasn?t cooked all the way though. I would go back but maybeorder a different item on the menu. Read more
Walked here with my mom and the dining area was closed for the second day in a row. No biggie, I thought. It was a waste of... time, but what can i do???????????. I would give this store ZERO STARS if I could. There is one particular employee that works here. And is ALWAYS telling me and my... family (on multiple different times & days) that the ice cream machine is not working. NOT ONLY does the ice cream machine NEVERwork. But the frappe/smoothie machine NEVER works. I had walked inside a couple of days ago. This specific worker told me theslushie machine was down (when clearly it was up and running) all 3 flavors were frozen and ready to dispense. As he told methis, I look directly behind him and ask him, how this could be when I am looking directly at it running. So I opted for a conein a cup. To which then he replied "the ice cream machine is down as well." I'm like okay. 5 minutes later, while I'm waiting onmy food, I see a different McDonald's employee, walk up to BOTH MACHINES and get a personal slushie as well as an ice cream. Q Read more
I order a simple meal here on the kiosk for dine in at 2:33 and they didn't bring my meal till 2:56. The lettuce was wilted and... they forgot my fries too.It's a Monday and my family of 4 are the only ones here. Never coming back here again. Read more
Will never get from here again I ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers and a 10 piece nugget. The burgers were awful and nowhere near... fresh, no cheese on either of them so I got 2 dbl hamburgers instead, the buns were hard, and the 10 piece nuggets were likechewing on salad crutons. Read more
