This is the worst food establishment I have ever experienced in my life.. I have tried time and time again to give this location... a try and it just doesn't matter if I go in order drive thru or Uber eats they just cannot get it right...even simple orders 2cheeseburgers a Fry n a pop they can't get right..truly sad.been like this for months now Read more

I have a few complaints about this particular McDonalds. On average you'll pay for your food and wait 30 more minutes for... it. The employees are rude and don't care. They will get your order wrong here 9/10 times, even if you preplace your order inan app where everything is written out. Also, better check you have all of your food, they like to only give you half. Could Iget a warm potato product from here? What's up with all the cold fries and hashbrowns? I know it's only McDonald's, but still,it doesn't have to be this base in quality. Read more

McDonalds took my money and did not give me my food. I used the Mobile Order app for the first time, and ordered a meal for my... family. When I showed up, the doors at McDonals were locked, but drive through was opened. I showed the drive through employeemy order number, but they said they didn't have the order. They confirmed it was the correct store (7337 Wooster Pike), butsaid the mobile system in the store is glitchy. I have a receipt on my email verifying the store and order number, and that mycredit card was charged. I looked on the app for what to do to request a refund, and the app says to go to the store. I askedthe store for a refund, and they said there is nothing they can do, I have to use the app to contact someone, but they app tellsme to go to the store, and does not have any other contact method. I've been robbed. McDonalds charged my credit card for ameal for my family they never provided, and even though I have a receipt they refuse to give me either the food, or a refund. Idon't know if the problem is with this specific McDonalds store, or the app as a whole. Read more

Slow they leave sit in the the drive thru, there 8 cars deep before you order, there is 3 cars on the window side at all times.... This is the slowest and worst Mc D ever Read more

I stopped in the Mariemont McDonald's around 3:00 p.m., just to pick up some fries and a Coke using mobile order and pay at the... drive-thru. There were about four cars in front of me. 20 minutes later I finally pulled away with my food and drink. The friesand Coke were fine, but there's no excuse for such slow service. I know the excuse will be " We don't have enough staff", butI'm sick of hearing that one! Next time, I'll probably decide I don't really need that snack or drink. ?? Read more

Overall, it's a McDonald's. Food is as expected, and cleanliness is OK. What is annoying is when they are not opened during... the times both the internet and their postage signage states. I arrived at 6:08, and was told they were not open. When I askedthe manager on duty (who grudgingly opened the drive thru window) what time they opened, all she would say is "were not open". Finally I got her to say she would be ready to open in 5 minutes. Needless to say, this is by definition, NOT, fast food. Now,I understand that many business claim that they can't find any help. I'd like to clarify something. The neat thing about thesupply and demand curve of a resource (labor) is that it always holds true. In other words, it's not that there's a lack ofpeople willing to work at McDonalds; It's that the business is not willing to pay what it takes to attract employees. It'sthat simple. If you can't staff your business, don't bother being in business. I have been turned away multiple times at thisMcDonalds in recent weeks because of similar issues. (A couple of times the lobby was closed and the drive through open). Ifyou need to count an establishment being open for a meal, I suggest trying one of the local competitors, who you know will bethere when you need a meal. Read more

This mcdonalds is so ridiculous. The drive thru line is to the street & they have no concern abt moving quickly. The lobby is... NEVER open in the morning so you can't even go in if you're in a hurry. I could understand if they're short staffed every now &then... but it's EVERYDAY. & there's ppl sweeping the parking lot?? But you can't open the dining room? ???? Read more

For one these employees give you dirty looks for nothing. Two I went to order two large fries and a 10 piece and I was waiting... for 10-15 minutes for my food, my bag was soaked on the bottom, both of my fries were half full, and all of my food was cold, sowhat was I waiting for? I ordered an extra sauce as well and I didn't even get that and I had to pay extra for it. Read more
