I haven't been inside a McDonald's for a while I was quite surprised to see the kiosk in the floor where you can place your... order and have it served at the counter that was interesting. Very disappointed with this store last week. I normally have excellent customer experience at this location. However I went... through the drive thru 10/19/2022 @ 7:05 A.M. my order #61. I ordered a large coffee and sausage mcgriddle plain. The MANAGERbagged and passed out my order. So I assumed it was correct and drove to work. Arrived at work early to eat my breakfast andrealized I received a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I don't like bagels and I hate eggs, so I was not pleased. So I asked myboss if I could leave to have my breakfast exchanged. She allowed me to go. So I pulled into the lot and drive thru waswrapped. So I parked my car and went inside. Their was an elderly lady inside complaining about her biscuit being hard as arock. The front cashier shook her head no and said " That biscuit isn't hard". (CALLING THE CUSTOMER A LIAR) Was what thecustomer took it as. The elderly lady spoke louder (not screaming). Because the cashier upset her by telling her no. Thatbiscuit ain't hard. ( The customers food should have just been replaced. Their not the food police) . What happened to greatcustomer service? The manager was loud and said " why you yelling for?". The elderly lady said "I'm not yelling I'm just upsetbecause she just called me a liar". The MANAGER said " then why you getting loud for?" You wanna get thrown out?" It's too earlyto to be getting thrown out!" You want me to call the police?" The manager then said " no my employee didn't say that to you". (THE MANAGER AT THIS POINT WAS ONCE AGAIN...CALLING THE ELDERLY LADY A LIAR). I witnessed this all go down. The front cashierindeed told the elderly lady that her biscuit wasn't hard. The ELDERLY lady was so mad (& rightfully so) that she pushed herfood off the counter and into the floor and told the manager to call the F-in cops she didn't care......this was so uncalledfor! Took a while to place order . Then woman handing food to customers fingernails were stylishly too long and can't be sanitary

The food was good but had a disagreement because I didn't want eggs on my breakfast sandwich. So because eggs came on it I... couldn't get rung up for a combo which I still don't understand ???? and for the sack of not getting my food tampered with Ijust alone with it. But if I'm telling you I don't care if I get charged for the eggs I should've been able to still get thecombo because it's cheaper. This new generation has no common sense SMH Read more
Great food. You will not find these flavors. Our menu items at any other Restaurant. I had a half Lb. Hamburger with shredded... chicken, jalapeno pepper cheese sauce. I could only eat half.
