I made, and paid for a mobile order. I even showed the order to the manager on my screen (we both confirmed it was the correct... location). But The manager didn't want to give me my food. I had to cancel my mobile order and just order at the window. Hecouldn't just hand me my food like literally every other restaurant would when they have a computer malfunction. A 10 minutetrip to McDonald's endes up taking almost 30 minutes. Read more
I eat at this particular location at least 3x a week and I have had my fair share of ups and downs. The wait in the drive thru... line varies depending on what time you go but for the most part I have never sat in the line longer than 15 minutes. Read more
I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's last night. I came to pick up a Doordash order, and after about twenty minutes I... was told the order had already been picked up. In this scenario, I would normally then call Doordash to have the ordercancelled, but the woman I was picking an order up for told me her order hadn't been delivered. So, I asked the manager if hewas sure, which prompted him to ask his employees for a remake of the order. I can't remember another restaurant remaking anorder when it had already been picked up, and additionally I was consistently met with hospitality and respect by all employees.The manager, Dante, I am very thankful to for this experience. Stopped in for breakfast. Drive-thru was pretty snappy! Cashier was on fire! However, the food was a major disappointment. ... My Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit could have been used as a hockey puck. So hard I could barely bite and chew it. Bleh! Read more
Gave 2 stars because of the young lady at the first window was very rude and kept saying things like "yeah I know", "I know, I... know" and was rude about it. They messed my order up and tried to charge me for 3 big mac's when I only ordered 1. The managerwas very sweet and fixed the issue very quickly. Food was made correctly and was hot! Read more
The drive through young lady was very nice to me when it came time to do a drawer change out. She was informative the whole step... of the way. I wish I got her name but she was a cute freckled young lady. Thank you for checking up on me despite you could nothandle my money at that moment when I pulled up at the window. Read more
