For a McDonald's, the place is nice. Food is always prepared correctly, it's clean, and their drive thru crew is very efficient.... The lady that takes orders is a bit grumpy, but she's quick and has never missed any special requests. Tea and coffee are alwaysfresh. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's much better than the McDonald's in Amelia. Read more

We used to love this location, and would even drive past the other one on Beechmont to go to this location because the... employees, food, and service were so much better. Recently, it started going downhill, and the employees aren't as friendly, andwe can't seem to get what we order. We went through the drive thru on Sunday evening, my husband ordered a 2C meal which is aquarter pounder deluxe with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, etc.., and ordered an extra of the same sandwich on the side. We gethome, and he has two plain burgers with ketchup and pickles. He calls the store right away, and speaks to Joe. Joe tells myhusband that he can come back up there anytime and there will be a credit waiting for him. My husband asks "how will they knowthat I spoke to you?" Joes then asks for his name and says that it will be under his name. We go thru to get the food lastnight, and politely tell them what had happened, and she tells us to hold on for a long time, then says we can make you onesandwich, but Joe doesn't remember talking to you. What???!! So, he is a store manager, but can't remember a phone conversationhe had three days prior? I'm so tired of these people taking out hard earned money, and we won't be back. Read more
Went through the drive and got a large sweet iced tea around noon Sunday 8/7/22. Wish I hadn't. Looked good but it tasted like... it came from a dirty container or something. Nasty. The McDonald's in Milford on State Route 28 has gotten a lot better in thepast few weeks, still pretty slow sometimes but most everyone is friendlier and the food has definitely improved. I definitelywon't return to the Cherry Grove location, wish I had read the reviews first. Read more
Absolutely pitiful- Waited in the drive thru for 14 minutes The Fries were cold my cheese; was cold just slapped on the... burger- I immediately called once I pulled out BUT no answer no answering machine I will call tomorrow and demand my $11.05back. I did ask the girl why you so busy, The concert at Riverbend. Backstreet Boys she replied HORRIBLE experience at 1130 pmTuesday July 26th never again !! I eat breakfast at this McDonald's every other 2 days and are phenomenal for breakfast Even their lunch is good okay their lunch... is okay depends on how busy they are if they're busy it's good if you're not busy it's nasty. But they're dinner time for my5:00 to whatever or 4:00 or whatever is nasty you never get fresh food you never get fresh sandwiches I never get fresh frenchfries or anything and that shift is rude The people are just absolutely rude. As long as you're there in the morning, they're always on point. Fast prep and for a doordasher like myself, they always have it... ready and waiting. Night shift here has always been a joke though, but that's how night shift is anywhere. Either way they'rethe only McDonald's i go to, since i know my/my customer's food's going to be hot, fresh, and ready quickly! Read more
The people who work here are completely incompetent I have had to come back on multiple occasions to return food because it was... missing a bun, patty or was just completely destroyed in the box. How does that happen? Read more
