Used a coupon from the app, didn?t realize they had changed it and I had to give the number at the speaker (there?s a barcode... that can still use too) and was told ?you won?t be doing that again?. My mother has been sworn at and they seem to not care howcustomers are treated. Not sure what is going on at this location. Is it drive-thru only now? The girl taking our order kept rushing us to complete.... She wasn't really listening and left out a part of my order. The girl at the pickup window was not pleasant either. She made acomment about going home. Our fries were cold. Without a doubt, absolutely the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. We routinely stop here (because it's close by) to grab a... happy meal as a treat for the kids and we usually wait between 5 and 10 minutes before our order has even been taken. As I writethis, we've been waiting 12 minutes and still haven't had our order taken. If it wasn't for happy faces in the backseat smilingexcitedly for a happy meal, I would just go literally ANYWHERE else. They got three stars because the orders are usually rightand the food is always as you'd expect, but there's NOTHING fast about it. Read more
This was 1 of the better locations of the past, the lady that manages at night has a very rude way of doing business. She was... blatantly calling customers liars when they are saying their food is wrong!! I had to send my food back 3 times on 1 visit!! Herresponse to my Quarter Pounder w/cheese Not having the MEAT on it was "I heard the order being placed and the sandwich was a QtrPounder with NO MEAT!!!! RIDICULOUS!! I asked for it to be made fresh wit no salt and no pickles. 1 had tomatoes and lettuce, 1was a bun with ONLY cheese and the 3rd was made right but NOT fresh!! When I paid, the young lady said the receipt machine wasnot working so when the Mgr was calling me a liar about my order, I record the amount I paid (definitely the right AMT of moneywas taken, she then said the girl was new and probably missed items that were missing....ALL SHE had to do was make sands rightand give me my receipt printed from another register!! Food was as fresh as it was going to be - given it's a fast food restaurant. Fries also was fresh and didn't taste stale, hard... or old. Staff was very patient and understanding. I ordered 3 meals and confused the cashier about the drink of the third meal.Originally, I wanted a caramel frappe but later switched it to a Fanta. When I received my receipt, it showed I should have 3drinks and the caramel frappe, although I stated to have it removed. It was no problem that it was purchased but I was a drinkshort. I received two beverages and a frappe. Upon telling the male cashier that there should be 4 drinks total and that thelast drink showed separately at the bottom of the receipt - he saw what I saw and gave me the drink without any problem. Closest store to my house, so I been going to this store practically every morning for almost 40 years!!! I usually get a... sandwich and my morning coffee 8 sugars 1 cream. Until a year ago they were the best in town. Also year ago they startedcharging for a cup of ice. OK, but then get angry when you ask for more than a small cup. Went this morning and like theprevious morning my coffee was wrong. I called and the female manager tried to flip their mistake on me! Did you check to makesure your order was correctly input???? This is the worst McDonalds i have ever been to! I do a mobile order and i get there and after 10 minutes i go in and they... haven't even started it. I've gone in and had to wait then come out and the car before me is still waiting. I quit doingcurbside and this morning i went thru drive thru and i day while 3 other cars at other speaker were taken care of. I wouldn'teven come to this McDonald's but there is no other one on my way to work. They always make me late for work! Read more
