After not moving in the drive thru for 10+ minutes... Fries were room temperature at best and the nuggets were maybe luke warm.... If a customer wants to add to their order, have them go back through or pull off to the side so you can rock out the orders youhave already taken. Read more
Our fries had hairs on them! Foullll! They forgot some of our meal as well and one of burger buns was ROCK solid. This place is... nice looking but on the inside they suck! Needs new management that actually takes these complaints seriously other than justgiving a blank stare. Fast food will be non existent in 5 years because of employees like this being hired. Arrived at 7pm and was told over the drive through speaker ?We are short staffed, you will be waiting a while? I was completely... flabbergasted. I said I appreciate the honesty and drove off. My parents went yesterday and they said the cashier refused to take their order inside because he wanted them to use the kiosk.... After my mom explained that she wanted to use cash the guy ignored her. He then put a sign on the cash register that said nocash. My mom did have her credit card but said she didn?t want to use the kiosk because she saw a few people struggling to useit and she wanted to order quickly. My mom went back to the guy that didn?t want to take her order and he pointed at the sign hehad made and asked her if she even knew how to read. My complaint about this visit is not with the employees at the store, but with the McDonald's app. At 10:50, I tried to do a... mobile order and pay of a daily special:$5 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke. The app told me that deal was not availableat that time. So instead I ordered a sausage biscuit and a frappe. When I got to the restaurant, they informed me that they hadalready stopped making sausage biscuits at 10:30. Since I had already used an app coupon on the frappe, of course it would notlet me use the app coupon for the chicken sandwich meal. So I ended up with just a frappe and no food. Pretty exasperating. Theapp should not allow you to order food that the restaurant is no longer making. And if the restaurant stopped breakfast at10:30, why wasn't the chicken sandwich deal available at 10:50? Read more

Fast drive thru service. Food a little over cooked in general but he breakfast burritos were definitely not warmed long enough.
