Not health department regulated...grease vent on rough stinks..not cleaned out regular...young manager has too many ear... piercings which is against health department code...no rubber gloves and had three younger employees didn't get order correctafter three times I told exactly what I wanted too order..... very unprofessional..owner needs adviced really bad. My husband went last night to get 2 meals.one with fries in slaw,other corn in slaw. When he got home the one meal only had 5... small fries in it.just wondering is that all you get in a meal!Tried to call them Between 6:48 and 7:09-15 times and they wouldnot answer the phone. This was the Eastgate location in Ohio. Plus it was greasy and chicken was dry and crewy. Verydisappointed. Read more
Food was awful...super greasy (more than normal) hushpuppies felt like they'd been fried then refried to heat up and serve... couldn't eat them at all messed up the fish/chicken ratio and left out all requested sauces. It's not ok to refry old food andserve it we can tell when yall do that. Please do better a 12 piece meal is not cheap neither is my gas. Read more
Was over cooked 2 the point that u could not break the fish or chicken apart the grease was spilled outta the box it was awful I... hate that they served food that way because I normally love long johns! Read more

The food is always fresh and hot, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because when you order a lot of shrimp and ask for... extra cocktail sauce you might be lucky to get 3 total, that is definitely not enough for 18 pieces of shrimp. Other than that!it's always DELICIOUS! UPDATE- You might as well close the doors PERMANENTLY, Every time I go her there is a problem with thehours of operation, the hours on Sunday 11/20/22 are posted to be open until 9pm. Every light in the parking lot, menu boardand building was on, I pulled to the drive through and a boy came out and said they were closed at 7pm due to lack of help,Every other restaurant in the area has been open during their posted hours since covid, but not this establishment, it'stotally hit or miss, this is beginning to be so frustrating that I'm not going to EVER RETURN to this place again. I'll drivethe extra 15 minutes to go to the one in Amelia. You aught to close the doors and lock the Eastgate branch for good. Read more
