100% hit or miss. Employees could care less about service or how long you wait in drive through. Pull up with no one in drive... through and they ask you to wait. This happens every single time. Cant seem to handle more than one order. They run out oftenders an hour and a half before close. Poor management. Read more

Do not go here unless there is basically no line. It's always been slow. But on my last visit I waited 20 minutes in line and... not a single customer was served in that time. At that point I had to abandon the mission and find a faster restaurant. Read more

Worst experience ever. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and they brought out chicken strips. I said I ordered regular chicken, ... not strips. So the girl started boxing the chicken and dropped the box. I didn't think anything of it but she proceeded tofill the box. When I got home and started eating it was fine until the the chicken on the bottom started tasting like cigaretteash. DISGUSTING! Really mad about this. This is my favorite place to get fried chicken. The drive through will get packed, but not because of bad service, it's because... it is the best fried chicken in Norwood. The staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend. Read more

Ordered a 3 piece spicy dinner all thighs and got a 3 piece regular recipe so dry I couldn't eat it the worst I've ever had at... any location got no thighs and a pint of gizzards/livers mixed got all livers with hardly any coating and half cooked needlessto say I will not be back just the worst LEE'S I've every had!
