I haven?t had a single thing here that wasn?t delicious. Last week we went twice because the sushi was so good, 3 days later I... was craving it again. The space is smaller so if you have a large group prepare for that! With 2 or 3 people we?ve always atleast gotten a bar seat. Take out is also quick and still tastes amazing after traveling! Stupid good. Every single dish I?ve tried here has been on the level of ?oh my god this is SO good? Whether you order sushi or... entrees, you?d have to try really really hard to go wrong here. Sushi is consistent across the board and all the Korean bbqdishes are outrageously tasty. Been here several times and service has always been good to great. Great staff and ownershipseems to know how to run a tight ship. They encourage calling an hour ahead which really helps with wait times. EASY top 5 inOTR for me. Absolutely wonderful sushi. The atmosphere is inviting, the food was fresh and service is friendly. All sushi is half price as... well which makes it even better! They have a large selection of sushi rolls as well as entrees. I was very surprised how freshthe sushi tasted being as we are in Cincinnati. We will be back! Read more
Great Asian restaurant, especially for half-price sushi (it's right across from Findlay Market). Plenty of seating whether... you're at the bar or a table inside or outside. Food came out fast, looked good, tasted delicious. Service was A+. Read more
Came here to celebrate graduation with whole family. They accommodated larger party by having us call ahead (couple hours before... + 15 mins before). The food was amazing and all sushi including specialty rolls was half price. Even the regular rolls werepresented beautifully. Our waitress was so sweet and had great menu recommendations as well as what to do in the area. The bigwindows provided a great view of live music at Findlay market and lots of natural light. I felt a void in my life when Suzy Wong closed Kanji has filled that void 10z over. Kanji is great. Attentive staff, great... bar. Tonight I went out on a limb (lol) and got the vegetable fried rice with chicken. It was awesome like the other authenticKorean entrees I have enjoyed here. First time going to Kanji! I've been planning this date for my girlfriend and I for a while now and it was everything I... imagined! Love that the interior has a lot of plants, makes it a welcoming setting. We ordered everything at once. We got theHot Sake, a lemonade(free refills), Seoul Chicken Wings(must have) and the Beef Bulgogi. For the sushi rolls we got the Tokyo,Crazy Spicy Cali, BTS, Sunday Morning and Sweet Potato.
