Such terrible customer service. I ordered a sub with lettuce, cheese, and turkey. I specifically said no mayonnaise. The lady... taking my order asked if I wanted tomato and I said no. I received a sub with TOMATO, MAYO, turkey, and lettuce.. no cheese.When I called to politely to ask if we could get it corrected or get a store credit the man very rudely kept saying no andhanging up. If I could give 0 stars I would! This location is terrible!! Ordered food for delivery, called 75 minutes later and it was still... sitting at the store. They said it was leaving for delivery soon. Online status changes to "out for delivery", (our location is6 min away), 40 minutes later the online status changes to "eat", but the food was NEVER delivered. No phone call stating it wasat our office. Then the manager does not want to issue a refund!! Terrible service! Read more
Worst service EVER! I ordered delivery at 1149a and my food wasn?t delivered until 234p. I called after an hour and was told... delivery driver was out but should have my food in 20-30mins. Ok fine we?re starving and can?t leave work so we wait with thelast words out food haven?t been made yet and they will be fresh. Fast forward to 234p when our food FINALLY ARRIVES it wasSOGGY and MESSY and one of the most DISAPPOINTING sandwiches EVER. I was told by corporate that it was privately owned and therewas nothing that could be done. We get food delivered from around campus almost daily since we can?t leave and this will be thelast time for a long while and no recommendations when patients ask for a sub place around cause this is not a good place. This place used to be great but it's been really understaffed recently and it's massively affecting the delivery times. The last... couple times I've gone in there's been only one guy working behind the counter and he looked exhausted. The guy was doing hisbest and the sandwiches still came out tasting good but until this place gets better staffing I'd recommend getting Dibella'sdown the street if you're in person or preparing for a long wait if you're getting delivery. Certainly not the Jimmy John's experience I'm used to. It was my first time visiting this location. Perhaps the last. 3... individuals working that I could see. I did not feel Welcomed at all. My large order was incorrect. The offer was made tocorrect it but I declined. The cold stare was enough for me to know, take my lose and go. I was not greeted nor thanked byanyone. I drove 15 minutes to this closer location. I should've driven farther to a better experience. Read more
Friendly staff, fast service. Crack cookies...just kidding...kinda - their chocolate chip cookies are pretty special.
