Update from 5 years ago. Staff is still friendly, but I do not like the jet bot. I used to substitute extra cheese for red... onions and it was done always. We miss Katie and Garrett. They and the whole staff, knew our names and order. We went fromgetting a pizza about every 2 weeks to every 2 months. Pizza quality and taste are always perfect but so much lesspersonal. Loved the deep dish pepperoni. Nice and crispy, the right amount of cheese and sauce.
The staff was friendly but very dirty. Hands and fingernails were filthy. They didn't even wash their hands before preparing... my food. Couldn't even eat what I purchased. I like Jetts pizza, but they were sweating all over the food and not evenwashing their hands. One employee had a filthy, dirty rag he slung over his shoulder, that he cleaned his hands with. Down here near Cincinnati for a baseball tournament. Ordered from the one in Loveland. Got it here fairly quick and we are at... least 15-20 minutes away and it was very good pizza. Got thin crust which I love and it was very good. Do not know how good deepdish was as wife ate deep dish and she seemed to like it. Read more
Was given a replacement pizza for one that was overcooked and crusty, fine! I opened pizza only to fine about 3 inches of... bready crust and a sliver of sauce, cheese and pepperoni! It was dry and all crust with barely any products! No one in familyate it after 1 piece! So basically I had 2 awful pizzas! On 2 occasions I ordered a calzone type boat that was disappointing?.again, bready with meager filling! I don?t mind ever paying what is required, I only hate it when I don?t receive what I paidfor! I have had pizza from over a dozen jets pizza in Tennessee, Florida and Georgia, This is the first time I've ever been... disappointed. Typically I would pick up jets on the way home from work and the pizza was still crispy after 45 to 60 min drive.I got the xl pizza to my hotel 3 min down the street and it was bad. Crust seemed under cooked, but it was also firm like thedough had sat out all day. Turbo crust that I ordered wasn't added and crust was more like a pizza hut pan pizza. Read more
Deep dish is tasty w good toppings. Using fresh mushrooms would rock. Folks working here have always been great. Good discounts... if you know when and where to look. Check them out! Read more
